    placed an order on 12/27 for stand mixer at ****** plus discount code....a couple of days later (befor item even shipped) the item went on sale for ******... i called customer service for a price adjustment and the representative said i would have to ship item back and repurchase... sooo with that being said i would like to return it but *** said 79$...and i know there has to be a cheaper way or somewhere i can take it....and the beater dont touch the sides of bowl which mean im still going to need a hand mixer to make sure everything is evenly mixed and whats the pount of a stand mixer if you still need hand mixer.....i dont like this thing and i dont like the no price adjustment rule or whatever

    i have already sent the item back and the company received it days ago but has failed to refund as of yet... i paid out of pocket and took the lost 1Z 8Y5 15W 03 6190 3013 is the tracking number.... please refund

    I am writing to express my frustration with a Conair INFINITIPRO BY CONAIR GOLD Bonnet Hair Dryer product, the bonnet hair dryer, which I purchased from ****** in October, order # Order # ***-2121642-0555468. The dryer has stopped working. I could not get assistance initially, due to a lack of information. ****** was unhelpful, they could not provide me a phone number or email address. I had to find Conair's contact number on my own.When I called, the representative refused to take my request because I did not have the number from the plug, which was impossible as I did not have the dryer with me at the time. The second time, I sent an email on their website detailing my issue, but I have not received a response.Due to the lack of support and the fact that I had to purchase a new dryer, I am requesting a refund for the product. I am willing to send the damaged item back to Conair.I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and with the professionalism expected from a company of your stature.Sincerely,Dr. ****** *****

    I ordered a coffee maker online (**************************) on December 2, 2024. The order number is CUIUS-********. I immediately realized that GooglePay had my old shipping address in ********. Less than an hour after the purchase, I contacted *********'s customer service and gave them the appropriate address in ******** (see attached e-mail traffic). A day later, I received the following: "Hello-Unfortunately, your order has already entered the shipping stage and is no longer able to be modified. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you." That was not correct. The item did not ship until December 8, 2024. In other words, there were 6 days for them to correct the address but they chose not to. I also called their customer service line on December 3, 2024. I was reassured on the phone that my order would be cancelled. After that phone call, the pending charge on my credit card disappeared. However, to my suprise, I was notified on December 8th that the item was shipped and today, December 9th, I again received a charge on my credit ******** is of no help because they won't allow me to "return to sender" online. According to ***, I need to have the current tenants reject the shipment (assuming the person delivering the item even pays attention to a sign on the door refusing shipment). Given how unprofessional and unhelpful their company has been throughout this process, I don't want this item. I want their product to go back to sender and to be refunded. Once the amount posts to my credit card, I intend on disputing the charge as well.

    I purchased the Conair CORDED 2 SPEED BRUSHLESS MOTOR CLIPPER from Petsmart. The motor does not work any more and it stops moving the blade in the middle of clips. I tried replacing the blade and that didn't do anything. I tried reaching out to Conair through their website for warranty and got page not found. I would appreciate a replacement.

    When I joined Weight Watchers a year or two ago, they sent me a Conair WW scale, model WW942ZFR. I believe I got the scale in late January, 2023. Since WW sent me the scale as part of my membership, I did not get a receipt. The scale is no longer working satisfactorily. I just weighed myself four times a few seconds apart and got readings of *****, *****, ***** and *****. Conair had told me to reset the scale by removing the batteries for an hour, but that did not solve the problem. The scale has a 10-year warranty, but Conair will not honor it. I have contacted them by email several times after the reset, but I get no response.

    No safety requirements what so ever. Ive gotten splinters from the wood pallets on numerous occasions and no they are clean or in a decent condition.

    I purchased The BabylissPro Model FX787 Series cordless clipper online (December 2023) from ***** Beauty Supply. The comb attachments were missing. It took several attempts to get someone to listen to me. I did not want a new clipper, I just wanted the attachments as advertised. I was sent attachments but they were too big and useless. I told them I would send them back but I would not pay for shipping to do so as this was not my mistake. No one will respond to me and I just want the clipper comb attachments. I am a hairstylist and not having this clipper function has caused me extreme anxiety and loss of income because I do not have the proper tools to cut hair. I just want the CORRECT clipper comb attachments.

    12/22/2023- Contacted CONAIR regarding a pair of Babyliss Pro Trimmers I purchased in July 2023. I got through to a **************** Rep and informed him that the charging indication light is not operational. I alerted ******* of the Model and Serial number of the product and was informed that the product is still under warranty and that I would be emailed a return label so I cab send the product back in exchange for a new trimmer. I provided my email address and I was told that I would receive the email within 48hrs and I was provided a reference number (*********), 12/29/2023- After over a week and not receiving the return label via email, attempted to contact CONAIR via phone again and was on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up, I then sent an email through their website with the promise of correspondence within 48hrs.01/03/2024- I again contacted CONAIR via telephone again in an attempt to get the return label. I opted for the callback option when prompted and my phone number was verified. I never received a callback.

    I placed an order with Cuisinart for a chopping blade. They sent me three and charged me for three. I returned two and emailed them twice a copy of my charges. I have called them five or six times and was told me case was being escalated and I would be called back. Nobody has ever called me back, and my charges have never been credited.

    In June 2023, I purchased a processional style blow dryer manufactured by Conair. ** Oct 2023, the blow dryer would not always turn on. Sometime there was a bright red light on only, but no air blowing out and it would buzz. I was afraid to use it, thinking that it might catch fire. I called the Conair company to have it replaced by warranty. I spoke with a lady named ******************* on Oct 25th, she was very helpful and told me that it would be replaced. **** sent me a return a label and said that once she receives the blow dryer, she would mail the replacement within 7 days. The blow dryer was shipped Nov 4th 2023 and I still have not received the replacement dryer. I have called Conair customer service number but it only rings forever and nobody ever answers the phone. A recording will cut into the ringing and say that a customer service agent will answer soon. I have left the phone ringing for 20+ minutes, no customer service rep ever answers the phone.
