    Hello, on June 30, 2020, the year of the COVID19 shutdown, I had purchased a blender jug online from Cuisinart. I have attached the purchase order. After returning it, in July 2020, I have been trying to collect a refund from Conair Corporation. In good faith, I have not recorded the refund. After repeated good faith requests, they stopped responding. My most recent email was in 5/30/2022. Maybe they hoped that I would forget. I did forget, but now I remembered that I have not, in good faith, been able to obtain proof from them that I have been issued a refund. I demand proof that I was refunded or to receive payment from them at the earliest possible date.

    I purchased a Conair ***** trimmer some time back. It is not under warranty. My maid dropped it and I called Conair to get a replacement blade. They said they don't have this blade, so decided to replace the whole unit. Sent the package to my courier's address, but they need an invoice stating what's in the package and the price. I have been on the phone for more than a week and Conair promised Corporate was going to email/call back. They did not. Called again and they said they would send the email. In good faith, I hung up, and they did not send the invoice. Gave me an email to ask for it (they keep changing the process and stalling). I only need an email stating what was sent to me so my courier can ship it to me.

    Good afternoon this is in regards to products brought from this company I always tried to avoid certain companies because I am afraid of the product they carried but this I did a review on and got a good feedback so I decided to try It I brought a steamer from them paid a good amount for it after having the product didnt use it for a few months but decided to use it last week found out it was not streaming. The bed bath and beyond I purchased it from was recently closed I found out so I called the company to see if they would replace the product. I was told by one of the representatives that the product was out of warranty even though it was bought last year but on the company website it says 2 years for warranties. I dont understand this business and I also want to let people know stay away dont buy anything from them because they are liars and will not stand up to what they put in writing please help me at this point I am really afraid because I dont see in this hard time were money is so hard to come by why you would want to steal from me like this. I even went as far as purchasing another was planning on giving it away but that is out the door now.

    I purchased a cuisinart/conair 12 cup coffee percolator about 2 1/2 years ago. It has been leaking water and coffee out the bottom. I contacted conair and they said it is still under warranty and will ship a new one out. All they needed was my information which I supplied. Then I didnt hear from them so I wrote and asked if we are still on for the replacement. They said only if I cut the cord of the appliance and take a picture and send it to them which makes no sense to me. I have also read the numerous complaints about this same issue from many online and on your website. All I am asking is for you to please look into this for me. Thank you

    Hello,I'd like to first forward/copy my entire email exchange with the company from this past February as follows here - ************************************************************************************************************** I would like to note that instead of solving my problem, the company chose to give me a discount on buying additional product from them. My problem is a manufacturing one, and no amount of additional purchases will solve such a problem. I'm complaining not because I expect the company to honor my request and replace the defective coffeemaker, but to warn other consumers to beware of even well known brands when buying small appliances. There is never accountability and pride in workmanship when it comes to these low cost items. Every time I make coffee the machine has a ground mess that I must clean constantly or let build up. I have NEVER experiences this before with the exact same machine, so I can only guess the quality of workmanship is not what it used to be. Buyer beware - GRRRRRR!

    I contacted Conair for a warranty replacement on December 8, 2022. This is for the Conair unbound cordless auto curler (Item CR510R). I was told to ship the damaged product back and it would be replaced and sent to me within a few weeks. I started calling Conair on 1/12/2023. Each time I have had over a 30 minute wait time to speak to a representative. I first spoke to *****. She indicated she would get this replacement expedited and I should receive it Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I was given an order number of **********. On 1/17 I had to call again and spoke to *******. She assured me this would be taken care of. I asked for her supervisor. I was told her supervisor would call me. I was given the name of ********. On 1/18, I called and spoke to Destiny, I was given a new order number of *********. I was told once again this will be sent out. I did speak to D'Andre, a supervisor. He assured me he would call me today with an update at 2pm. I have not heard from him. I have called today and spoken to *****. I am currently on hold for another supervisor. This has gone on long enough and I have gotten the run around. I paid for a product that broke. I used my warranty and can not seem to get a replacement, or a call back.

    On December 20th, 2022, I purchased a Babylisspro FoilFX01 for my fiance for Christmas. After opening it, trying to work it both me and him, it does not shave/trim or anything at all! I contacted my Sallys store (#****) to help with the issue, and they encouraged me to contact BabylissPRO to help it get taken care of. I have emailed twice, tried calling the customer support, I contacted them through ******** and absolutely nothing. No hear from them at all, I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed as a licensed stylist, I heard such good things about this brand only to be screwed over.

    I ordered products from babylisspro.com, the trimmer they sold me was faulty and not functioning properly. I also bought a charging stand sold separate which turned out to be a waste of money as well since the machine it is used for is faulty. I noticed this the first day I received my order, and went on the website to inform the company, however they have no customer support. I did some research and contacted them via email as well as instagram. They told me to wait 5-7 days. It has been longer than that and I still have not heard a response. My total order was over 500 dollars, and I need these tools to earn a living. All I an asking is for them to let me return the faulty products and get my money back so I can purchase tools for work. I need to work to make money to pay my bills. I am writing you guys to see if that will work in me getting refunded. Thank you so much. Dates and order info is in attached photos.
