    I placed my order via Instagram/Enthuzst.com on June 9th afterwards I received an email stating 10 days order processing 5 days shipping but only (after) making my purchase. June 25, 2024 I opened a USAA credit card dispute I also emailed Enthuzst that same business day. Enthuzst replied trying to change their original 10 day shipping 5 day order processing, stipulating now it was 15 days just for order processing. On July 1, 2024 or 15 days later Enthuzst didn't process my order, didn't ship my order, didn't deliver the merchandise either, instead they just took $397 from me. I asked them respectfully for a full refund. Today August 7, 2024 I just received an Email with the tracking number for ***** **********************) which is 2 months after I asked them for a refund, with Enthuzst telling me they're shipping out my order. I don't want to represent or wear their brand. They caused me stress, I'm a disabled veteran I need less stress, not more. This is a terrible way to do business. I also sent Enthuzst an email today stipulating that I will refuse the **** shipment.Taking 2 months to fulfill an order when Enthuzst.com website stipulates this;"On average, your order will ship 5-7 business days from when the order was placed. Peaks in volume can affect these averages by a few days."Enthuzst failed to deliver their merchandise as promised, I asked for a full refund. Shipping out the items 2 months later, is tone-deaf and an egregious way to conduct business!

    I ordered 3-4 shirts with this company on April 12 2024. I have emailed them at least 10 times and tried to reach out on diffrent social media platforms. They have answered me a couple times but when they did they just tell me that they will get right to my order/ send it to a manager and get it sent out. That never happens. The last times I have emailed about my package I have not gotten a respond from them. I even had my husband try emailing them and they did not answer him as well. I have emailed even just asking for my money back and still no response. I dont know what else to do. Like I said I would be fine just with my $165 back. Please help! Thank you.

    I placed an order with Enthuzst on July 3rd for a giveaway. It was paid for in full on July 3rd and no confirmation or ship date had been given in 26 days. It was just 2 Cummins key chains. I've emailed them at least 3 times and only received emails of the are working on the order. I asked in the last email for a cancellation of the order and refund but was sent a reply of all sales are final and no refunds. They it was because the items were custom made. I've asked for a resolution but only received more emails of sorry for the wait.

    The company does truck giveaways. They sell apparel and merchandise for entries to win the truck. Two months ago I purchased two shirts to enter the drawing. Since then, the truck has vanished from their website and social media. Theyve moved on to at least two different giveaways since. Theres been no update as to a winner of the truck I entered, its just gone. Further, two months later and I have not received the shirts I paid for. Ive emailed the company several times with the same response each time. Large number of orders and supply chain issues. Same response, at least three times Ive reached out. There have been no other updates since the order was originally placed other than the same lame excuse each time Ive reached out wondering whats going on. I want the shirts I ordered, or my money back. Its absurd that two months later I cant even get a better or more believable update as to why I still dont have the order. Im really curious about the truck and the legitimacy of the whole company with their giveaways they use to market their apparel. I have a suspicion its all bogus and there is no truck, which is a whole separate issue. For real though theyve had my money for two months and I have nothing but bologna excuses to show for it, not ok.

    I ordered 2 items from this buy something and enter your chance to win. Seam nice to win something but I really wanted what they had on there site. So I ordered a hat and some mechanic gloves that's branded with there name. I ordered back in May 6. A month went by and still no package or shipment tracking number there suppose to send. On the site it just says the item was received in there system. I emailed them saying I didn't receive anything. June 13 I get an email from someone named *********************** saying that they will work hard to exspidite the shipment. I was like ok thanks. Didn't get the order yet so I email them again. June 17 I get a email back saying they have technical issue with my order and they said expect to see my items next week. Still nothing I email them again. They said they apoligize and working as fast as humanly possible to send my package. Waited another week still nothing. And at this point I was getting fed up still no tracking number or package so I told them I rather gave my money back because one thing they didn't send it. They said sales are final and I should refer to there policy of returns. Then I emailed them again about my item and there not responding back to that. So now I dunno what to do. I dunno if this is a scam cos the advertisement they have say sponsors or the tip so I'm thinking it's legit. Only see one product review in ******* from 2 years ago. So I dunno what to do at this point. I paid 63 dollars and that's including for shipping.. I know it doesn't sound like much but I work hard for that. Hope someone can help

    I placed an order online (enthuzst.com) on 05/19/24, the information on their website states items will ship in 5-7 business days. I waited to see if I would get a shipping confirmation, when I didnt receive anything I contacted them on 06/03 and they advised me that when I placed my order the system was down and they didnt receive (but my card was charged which I was confused about) I requested a refund at that time but they declined and said they processed the order manually and advised that I should receive my order the following week which is this week. Now its Friday and so far no shipping information and I havent received my order. It will be a month from placing my order and on their website no information about shipping under my account . I would like my refund at this point, its very upsetting that they charged my card but they never received my order in the first place and now Im left with no order. I contacted my bank and they started a dispute as well
