In December of 2022, I thought I was calling my loan servicer and got this company. They advised me that I would be in a repayment plan for my student loans and as long as I continued to make the payments for a certain amount of time, my loans would then be forgiven. The initial payment of $500 and then $59.99 per month after that. I was initially told the payments were for a year, but I called them a couple months ago and was told it was for 3 years. This is when things unraveled. The man I spoke to did something with my loon that put me in a repayment plan with the actual servicer with a $0 dollar due every month. So I was getting these emails saying my monthly payment was $0, but they still wanted to take out the $59.99. I had cancelled the credit card the payments were on and called to get the new card set up and also ask about the emails about the $0 monthly payment. I called the actual servicer. They said they had never heard of this company and they had never received a payment at all. The servicer told me to demand my money be returned and report them to the ********** of ********* for not applying my funds appropriately. I am also reporting them here to help warn others. If this doesn't work, I will report them to every entity I can for fraud. When I called this company and emailed this company to discuss, they stopped communicating with me and stopped calling me for money. I want my money back.

I contacted m student loan carrier and was directed to another company that said they would set me up for student loan forgiveness through some bill waiting to be passed. I paid an initial $500 and have been paying $59.99 since July of '23. None has gone toward my student loans. I am in arrears and am spitting mad!! Can't these people get real, productive jobs??

Hello, this company called me with all my correct information pertaining to my student loans. With such protected information I believed them to be a real company. Started a plan to pay off my interest on my loans for $499 in October of 2023. I called my student loan provider ****** for a reason I don't recall right now. But during my call with Mohela is when I discovered that my interest was being written off so no there was no such need for a company like Prime Processing LLC. By time I figured out I was being scammed it wasn't until this month. I was paying $59.99 monthly after my initial $499 charge. My credit union would only allow me to dispute 60 days worth of charges. So, I plan calling my local courts to see how I can make an complaint or press charges. It's unfortunate that people would take from others via a scam. I know some how I'll get mines back it might not be money but some other form of blessing.

This company name was last used to charge my account. In July of 2022 I was transferred from my then student loan provider (Navient) to a company that would help me with consolidation of my loan and process to loan forgiveness. They had all of my information and had the accurate information on my loan. I had no reason to disbelieve this was a fraudulent company. They said they would take payments that would reflect on my loan and after 36 months I would be eligible to have the loan forgiven under the proposed bill that was in the works at the time. (Of course this did not pass) but with it being an on going discussion they assured me they had the best interest and would assist me in this process. I only discovered that this was a scam after trying to reach out a few times to try and get my tax documentation to no avail. I then called ****** who apparently has acquired my loan from Navient, to try and find if I would get the document from them. They proceeded to tell me they have not received any payments since July 2022 and unfortunately alerted me I was victim of a scam. So since July of 2022 to the most recent payment non were made towards my loan. I would like to retrieve this money and actually pay my loan as intended. Apparently they use different LLC names and different names to make the charges which has been difficult to track. But they are all said to be related to the prime processing center LLC. Who was previously student processing center LLC. This has been disheartening and hope to get this all resolved as soon as possible.

I was contacting my servicer for my student loan and through getting transferred to a few different people they said that they were going to put me on a student loan payment program they took out $394 and said that I'd be paying $59.99 a month for 36 months to get myself out of default. I got a hold of them on a different number because it was no longer going through on my phone number and they said it was going to take a couple days I called the department of education and they said they had no record of any payment plan and now they know both of the numbers that I'm calling from and they won't pick up the phone nor will they call me back I don't know what to do or how to do it I cannot afford to have this money take it out of my account if it's not going towards my student loan

The person on the phone mis-represented themselves. When they took the payment they told me that I was paying my money directly to ******* for my Student Loans. She also offered a payment plan witch ******* had not authorized. They were talking very fast and pushing documents for me to sign very hurriedly. The documents were sent so all you could see was a place to initial or sign. Then once signed you were able to see the entire document. Within 3 minutes of signing, I called back and they refused to cancel or refund. I went to the link in the document to cancel and it only allows you to do so if you give them permission to assess and contact all your contacts. This is a SCAM!!!

This company first contacted me 11/2021 to help with student loan forgiveness so I ready the paper work everything sounded legit processed started with making payment monthly. After five payments I havent heard from them, so I stopped the auto pays figuring I would hear from them cause I couldnt reach them red flag one. Then I heard from them 12/28/2022 stating we fixed your credit, this fast talking man named ***** calls and next thing he ask me for cash apps of ******, claiming he was sending it back now issue number one all day trying to get back the 180. Now my account is over draft fees. I reported this to Cash app and my bank. 12/29/2022 after a sleepless night the calls come in the morning I told him any further conversations need to be by text or email. Instead he continue to call then tells me to loose he number. That evening he calls says he is putting ************************************************************************************************************************************************** fraud alerts and stay ahead of the problem. Today 12/30/2022 there is a ***** overdraft fee again he says dont worry it will all be fixed. End of story for now, my credit score Down by 100 points bank accounts overdrawn.

This company knowingly took money from me while dealing with a third party fraud. They emailed me with deals about collecting money for a certain purpose but was not used for that.
