These guys continue to send me a fraudulent charge of $439 plus NSF fees or whatever. I am reporting them to the ***. Don't fall for their scams!Review from Velda B

Oh, my goodness!! So, I thought I was calling my student loan servicer, sometype of way these people picked up the phone. They made me think that they were ******* and they set up a payment plan to repay my loan. They were talking fast and pushing papers for me to sign! About 3 minutes after I hit send, I was able to see the entire document and found out they were another company. They would not talk to me after I told them that they had scammed me. They all had accents and were rude! I cancelled that credit card and I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. They may be a legitimate company but they are scamming customers just to get their business. They are horrible and should be honest and upfront about the service they can provide. SCAMMERS!! I had a scammer call this morning with this company name and he was very rude, would not let me speak or speak to his supervisor, I knew it was a scammer when he began to be rude and seemed upset about me asking questions, the location for the phone number is from ****** **********. I am just making it known so people can see that theres a scammers to be alert on. I did call back and he answered like it was his personal phone.Review from Dengail H

I received a phone call yesterday around 1:23pm in which I ignored the call. Soon as I ignored the call, I receive a text message stating that it was the student processing loan which they wanted to talk to me regarding a refund. They called me right back, & told me that in order to receive the refund that I would have to pay a processing fee via cash app. What company of some sort makes you do a payment through cash app?? It was supposed to have been a one time fee, & that I was also told that I would get reimbursed & receive this refund. $480 later, I have spoken to TWO supervisors, one who rushed me off the phone to assist other customers. The last supervisor was at least a bit more understanding, but told me that using payment method of cash app or PayPal is a part of their rules & regulations. I was transferred back to the representative in which I was disrespected, hurt, & in total anger. Representative said My company make millions of dollars so $480 is nothing to themEXCUSE ME!?! I will be reaching out to my bank to dispute this as well as reaching out to cash app support. This company is a scam, & the ppl they have are so disrespectful. Beware!!!
