This company sent me a letter accusing me of *** fraud regarding a loan with ***********. I haven't had a loan with this company nor is it listed on my Credit reports. They are asking for $1400. They are threatening to subpoena my current employer. This is crazy! The letter says Parker and Ellis Law. They are not a Law firm that is licensed in *******. The letter does not look official as it has a fake stamp and carbon copy to the court system. The letter also doesn't look like a normal collection letter as I've read about on **** website. I will be calling ******* USA to find out what this is all about.

To Whom It May Concern:I am writing to formally report a concerning issue regarding a threatening letter I received from a law firm claiming to represent ***********. The letter alleges that I owe a debt connected to *********** and ***************, entities with which I have never conducted any business.Key details of the situation include:No Business Relationship: I have not engaged in any transactions or agreements with *********** or ***************. Therefore, I do not recognize the alleged debt referenced in the letter.Inclusion of Elderly Relative: The law firm has included my elderly mothers name as a reference in their correspondence. This is particularly distressing and inappropriate, as she has no involvement in my financial affairs and is vulnerable. I find this practice to be highly unethical and intrusive.Threatening Language: The letter contains alarming and threatening language that has caused me significant stress and anxiety. It suggests that legal action will be taken against me, which I believe is an intimidation tactic aimed at coercing payment for a debt I do not owe.Suspicion of Fraud: Given the circumstances, I suspect that this may be a case of fraud or identity theft. I have not authorized any transactions with *********** or ***************, and I have taken steps to protect my personal information.I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter thoroughly. I am concerned about the potential harm this law firms actions could have on my reputation and financial well-being. I am also considering filing a formal complaint with the ************************ and my states Attorney General regarding these fraudulent practices.Attached to this statement, I will include a copy of the threatening letter for your review.Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I look forward to your prompt response.Sincerely,***** ****
