I received a notice from Parker &Ellis Law group stating I owed money from an account with Cashnetusa that was noted as fraud. They threaten to levy my wages, personal property, wage garnishment, even said they would subpoena my employer as witnesses/evidence to testify should this matter go to trial. Per the notice this is there 2nd attempt to contact me yet I never received the first notice. They even put a fake filed stamp on the front of the letter. I did contact cashnetusa and apparently they have received many calls regarding these types of letters from non customers.

I received a fraudulent letter that alleges a purported debt that I do not owe. There is little if any evidence of their fraudulent statements about the alleged debt. Even if this was a legitimate attempt to collect any such alleged debt, the statute of limitations would preclude such an effort.

Threatened to report me to credit agencies. Threatened to take me to court. This is the first notice Ive received from Parker Ellis law. Has a case filed stamp on letter, but doesnt have a date, county or state listed.Additionally, this is NOT my debt and dates back to 2013. I never received any info from courts nor do I have any judgements against me. This time frame is for *********, ** and I havent lubed there in years. According to the state of ********, this is also past the statute of limitations. Parker Ellis will not speak to me unless I acknowledge the debt. Not my debt

Recieved a notification via mail for a lawsuit filing and civil complaint against me and to pay a outstanding fee immediately or they are taking me to court re:listing casenetusa as fruad. Called casenetusa they said there was a dummy account that they are seeing with no info but my name, with cash deposited to a credit card ending in #**** with no additional info. They also showed it was paid in full which was weird to get a notice to pay if account is paid even if its a dummy account. They told me they will make notes on the dummy account that is fraud and for me to report the company to BBB. The letter came from Parker &Ellis Law Group. At this point cashnetusa is telling me to ignor it and not pay the amount of $714.80 that they are asking to pay.

I am receiving a legal complaint from Parker & Ellis Law Group stating I owe money to them for a loan received from Cashnet USA whom they are representing. I have responded more than once over the years in disagreement of the complaint because I have not taken any loan out from Cashnet. When I look the Law Firm up it states the firm are not attys. Not sure how they got my information but I want this harassment to seize.

Received a settlement notification from Parker & Ellis Law Group for a debt that is at least 12 years old. I have not responded as I looked up Parker & Ellis Law Group and many of the search results state that this company tries to scare people into paying debts to avoid lawsuits. I know for a fact that this is not a valid debt. According to the State Bar of Arizona, neither of the two "lawyers" listed on their website are registered to practice law in the State of *******.
