This business installed the wrong roof in my house and closed two of the four vents we had. The two vents they put in were less efficient than the ones we had before. I talked to the owner when they were halfway through the process and told them that he made a mistake. He assured me that was the roof that my wife had picked. When my wife got home and she saw the roof, she found the picture of the sample they had shown her. Long story short; they admitted to the mistake however he said that it would take over a month for them to re-install the roof. After fighting back and forth with them, we both agreed to just keep the hot roof on the house but we would not pay the second half of the money. After the agreement with them, we asked for the receipt and the warranty paperwork for the roof he had installed. After multiple calls and texts asking for the paperwork, they never responded or sent any information. They were very quick to collect the first half of the payment, then took over a month to complete the installation and they did it wrong. In that time the roof even got rained on and the insulation got wet.Review from saba m

I just had my roof replaced by calpro. The person I contacted was ****, and he is very good. He is a man of his word and that's very hard to find nowadays. They actually came two days early and had the job done on the day that they said they would be here to start it. And I was very happy about that because the roofers pulled out of my drive and 5 minutes later my company from ******** pulled in. We just had our roof replaced by Calpro, and are " Very Pleased " with the work. They removed the old shingles, replaced the rotted sheathing that needed it, and reroofed the house. They are a ******************** ********, and ***** got our insurance company to replace the roof instead of just another patch job, which had been done 2-3 in the past. There were 3-4 layers of shingles in some places. *****, and ****** saw to it that the new roof was done Right! In the Phoenix area they are one, if not the best roofers.Review from Louise J

The people at CalPro were professional and quickly answered my questions and requests. The people in the office were helpful as well. The work on our roof was done quickly. They were very neat and left no debris behind. The reason I didnt give them a 5 star rating is because I had to call twice to get someone to come and oversee the job although I had no indication the job was not done correctly or well. Cal-Pro did a nice job on our roof. They were friendly and professional. They finished the roof in one day. They discovered a large area of the patio roof sheeting was rotten and they let us know right away how much extra this would cost to repair. On the down side, I am still finding bits of old roofing and nails around to yard, it was a windy day when they did the roof so that might explain some of the debris in the yard.Review from Sylva H

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. If I had the choice for ZERO stars I wouldve chosen that. What a shame for a company to treat someone like this. Total disregard, lack of communication, and disrespect of my time! A simple task of putting a tarp where I had a leak, became a huge problem with them putting the tarp on an entirely different part of the roof. They attached the tarp with nails that created more holes in my roof. They even said I needed a new roof when all I needed was to have the leak fixed. I reached out to them multiple times regarding their financial responsibility for repairing the area they damaged and never heard anything from anyone in the company! I also asked them to reach out to my roofer to coordinate discussing the additional repairs and again have heard nothing. ZERO communication from the company! Needless to say, I did not end up using them. I used another roofing company that did an excellent job! Cal-Pro does great work. Aside from doing a great job w/ the shingle installation (**** sq ft), they did an even better job on the clean-up. I couldn't find a single stay nail or any other debris when they left my home. ******* got the job started a day early and his crew completed the entire job including clean-** in a day and a half. I will definitely keep their card handy and refer them to neighbors. Lastly, the price they quoted me at was very competitive. I feel confident I got the best value for my money. Almost forgot to mention that they worked directly w/ my insurance company to facilitate the project to **************. Thanks for everything!Review from George C

Calpro roofing did an excellent job my roof ofesionalismo, Puntualidad I called Zona and worked with Abram * and ******.Both were professional and yet kind and concerned about my issues. I got a full inspection with a fair appraisal of the situation and good news about the state of my roof. Repair work was done on time and Ive had no problems since then. I have referred them to family and friends since then. Five star service start to finish from everyone.
