Terrible service. We had a water leak and asked them to come out which they did. After confirming the leak the AZ Water employee installed a new Meter and Valve. It was up to us to call a Plumber to fix the leak since we are in a rural area. The Plumber worked for about three hours to fix the leak. When the Plumber went to turn on the water we found out the Water Company had put a padlock on the Meter! We tried calling for an hour and did not get an answer so we had to drive to the Water Company and ask for someone to come take the Padlock off. The Technician said it is some new policy to put Padlocks on when the water is off so no one steals the Meter. This makes no sense! At the office they said they are short staffed thats why we cant get through by phone! Crazy and disappointing experience!Review from Christie S

Horrible service!! I paid my **** on time of $37.99 in which they agreed, but they claimed I owed an additional $27.59. They shut off my service three weeks after my payment of $37.99 and one week before the next payment was due. A phone call saying I needed to pay in addition would have been nice. When I called to see what the issue was and to have my service turned back on, the person that should have been helping was very rude and unhelpful other than to tell me I needed to pay to get the service turned back on (really, tell me something I didn't know).If I wasn't stuck with using this company, I surely would not!!
