    On 08/12 I purchased a magazine and realized it was the wrong one I immediately tried to reach out via phone to try and have something done before it ships and no one was available I also contacted them through the online form and nobody got back to me until I finally was able to get ahold of someone days later but the item had already shipped and I explained the whole situation and they processed a return for me I gave the rep the sku for the correct one I wanted and was told it would be taken care of come to find out on 09/02 that the wrong one was shipped I tried calling and have been trying to get ahold of someone with no such luck their communication and customer service is lacking and the incompetence im the handling of this situation is astounding. I was also assured I would be sent the right one in an email that I will attach which is a 17 RD however I am being sent a 20 RD again for the wrong firearm

    I have used ********************** to install my last air-conditioning unit which cost $4600 and then been using them for service I had my blower motor catch fire the other day and spread smoke throughout my house I was very shook up I thought my house was on fire called the fire department and found out what it was the next day sales person ******* came well he is my service person and said I needed a full system and I had to have the outside condenser plus the whole air handler system replaced and full air duct replacement there was no way around it that it would smell like burning plastic unless I did the full thing and I absolutely needed this and they quickly pushed me through getting a loan approved through ********* and it was going to cost me $19,600 and I kept saying why so much that doesn't even make sense and they said inflation and I almost fell for this line of c*** all it needed was a new blower motor and then the air ducts needed some cleaning and I can get it replaced possibly through my home insurance down the road if I choose. I am appalled at the money hungry manipulative tactics used on an elderly single woman home owner it's not like I own a big mansion it's only a **** square-foot three-bedroom home and they tried to scam me into spending $19,600 and I went and got it fixed for $488 Buy a beautiful company and actually a friend owns this air-conditioning company and he is appalled by this tactic that was used upon me in a vulnerable position being the middle of August in ******* without air conditioning and health issues this is absolutely appalling and unacceptable and terrible practice and I have fired them and no longer need contact from them but want to warn unsuspecting people of their horrible business practices. Disgusting

    Date of transaction 07/11/2022 had ordered the wrong item Recieved the item on 7/20/2022 called promag customer support and told them what had happened.They told me to send the item back and they would refund my money and gave me an order return number to include with the shipping of the return which was #***** and shipped the item the same day to the address they gave me to ship. Tracking number shows that it was delivered on 07/22/2022. I have not heard anything from them about recieving the item and they are yet to refund the payment of ****** as promised.I included the return number and the order number (******) along with the item as well. I have reached out several times about the issue and I have yet to have the issue resolved. They have not contacted me nor replied to any messages I have sent or returned any phone calls. I would just like to have the refund as promised

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that they have not tried to reach out to me about the package. When I sent the wrong item back I sent the package to the address their customer service directed me to, along with the shipping information. 

    Tracking states it was received on July 22nd at the address they gave me.

    I purchased a Promag 20 ***************************** magazine from Sportsmans Guide on 9/19/2021 and due to circumstances, was unable to test it on the range until 6/1/2022. It was totally defective in that it did not feed and was difficult to unload.Promag did respond and ask me to send the defective magazine back at their expense, which I give them credit for. After an examination by them, I was sent a replacement magazine, which, unfortunately, is also defective in the same way. I corresponded with a gentleman named **** in their ********************* and I thought we were on our way to a resolution. The last I heard from Promag was 7/19/ 22 despite several emails since then. Im enclosing communication between Promag and myself from when this problem started until now. Apparently Promag only resolves complaints from the BBB and Im hoping that you can help me to resolve this one. I want a new magazine that actually functions from Promag as its obvious to me that the two Ive tried to use are not both defective, or a full refund of the $ ***** spent for the magazine.

I have contacted them by phone twice with no answer and their voicemail is full. I requested they cancel the order if it had not shipped by July 6 and I have received no response or refund.

    I am lodging a complaint against ******* Industries of *******, ** that they knowingly charged our debit card on 6/29/22 for $61.38 for the purchase of (2) 15 round ammunition magazines that had already been taken "off the shelf" at time of purchase in response to a gun law that went into affect on 7/1/22 here in the ******************* banning handgun magazines with capacity exceeding more than ten rounds. Their disclaimer stating that they would not process orders of these magazines after 6/20/22 was not evident nor visible in the online ad at the time of my purchase on 6/29/22, thus I had NO knowledge that they would NOT honor my order but still they took our money anyway. I am demanding a FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY!
