    *I purchased 4 items online at German Car Accessories on September 30th.* amount purchased was $2,159.96 I paid to German Car Accessories. Online they advertise as Guaranteed ********* day return policy 1 year warranty I even paid extra for shipping protection. They also say online its real Carbon fiber parts made with ABS 5-8 day shipping and they use **** None absolutely none of this was true. It took exactly 23 days and times came from ***** and was shipped through *****. When I received the items it was shipped in a massive broken makeshift wooden back falling apart with nails sticking out and tap all over it, my wife actually cut her hand pretty bad on it because it was so poorly packaged and I have it all documented on my ring doorbell. Once I came home from work already extremely upset with how long it took to get the items and more importantly my wife getting injured! I opened the boxes and I only received 3 out of the 4 items. I immediately emailed them wanting a refund completely fed up with the service instead they sent me the 4th missing item and made excuses. At this point I took my car to 2 separate body shops and they both explained to me none of the items are real Carbon fiber and there not ABS its fiber glass, I have all this documented from both body shops. Items also didnt fit my car at all both shops explained they couldnt make the fitment work. I emailed them stating these items arent fitment guaranteed! None of it fits or is real Carbon fiber. Theyre refusing to give me a full return of my money, stating theres restocking fee of 15% plus paying for shipping this is unacceptable! I will not pay for this as its not my fault or my problem these items dont work or arent real. Theyre not holding true to what they advertised online. Its not like Im asking for money back because I dont like the items that would be understandable to pay restocking for that, but they dont work! No moral or ethics! Will take legal action.

    The customer was sent over 2 provided prepaid return labels to return said items in question to us for refunds. The items were not installed correctly, and a different customer installed the exact same items the prior week without any issue. It is stated on our website in the return policy minor modification is necessary at times. All of this was documented in the email chains. They have not returned anything with the prepaid return labels. They are more than welcome to return the items whenever they choose to with the provided labels. Thank you.

    False. they are not willing to provide me a full refund of my money. They are charging a 15% restocking fee. They GUARANTEE fitment online. Also parts were defective and damaged and are not real Carbon fiber as they also advertised online. Its not my problem that parts dont wont I shouldnt be charged for that or not get all of my money back for poor quality defective parts that they say will work but didnt, this is false advertising. Ill be sending over 2 invoices from 2 separate body shops on Monday November 4th as there closed on the weekend now, stating exactly what Im saying that they dont fit and arent real. Im even willing and confident enough to take it to a 3rd body shop, 3rd party and have them look at it and do the same. I will not settle for anything less than a complete full refund of all my money. If I dont receive a full refund Ill be seeking legal assistance.

    This business has been delaying my order for almost a month. As a customer I’ve been postponed and I don’t feel like a priority. They respond to me yes, only to tell me what I want to hear and not the truth. They are taking way too long on my order . And it feels as if the are purposely putting me off just for being so curious as it serves my right! On the website they promised 5-8 day shipping. It’s almost a month and I don’t have my order and I’m driving around with a loud exhaust with is disturbing to my poor neighbors. All because this company wants to advertise wrong information and be lazy. Please contact them so they can finish the job or send me a refund.

    We have been in full communication with the customer from Day 1 of their order. They required a special downpipe that we were not informed of until after the original production finished, so the item had to then be customized. The customer has always been informed and we have replied to all of their messages/emails within a hours typically. Thank you.

    you guys keep lying to me.. You said the item would be shipped yesterday. Still not shipped. In generally worried about my shipping because there has been a report of a missing package in my house hold. Please respect this and do not take it for granted. I do have shipping protection yes.. But how do I know the ship carrier is doing his job right.. Please keep an eye on your carrier for possible attempt of fraud. I would like a refund or a cancellation on my order if you believe so.
