Not happy with your company! I ordered a part expecting delivery. I contacted your customer service more than a half dozen times asking when it will ship. I received different responses every time. Then after about 2 weeks I finally received a response that you sent me tracking info. I then had to try and and decipher the info as it was really not helpful. I then see my product is coming from *****! This is not what I expected from what I see on your website and the price you charged me. I could have ordered it from Temu, *** **** and others for a fraction of the cost. I finally received it at about 3 weeks and on the shipping carton was an invoice that stated $150.00 dollars was the price. Really misleading and would never buy a single thing from your company again. You really should change your company name to ***** Car Accessories. I hope potential customers see this review so they can understand they are paying top tier pricing for Chinese manufacturing!SCAM company to put it mildly!

As we explained to the customer after they received the item, they are more than welcome to return the order to us for a refund with a prepaid return label if they would like. They ignored our email when telling them this and instead chose to leave this review. The customer received their order in 10 days, as advertised, from when they placed the order. While 75% of our orders are fulfilled locally from our Arizona warehouse (this is documented on our website and we're happy to provide proof of this), the remaining items are sent directly from our factory, and the shipping times reflect this for these certain items. We do not sell our products anywhere else, and the customer has purchased from us in the past, and had no issues with an order from 3 years ago. As we are sure the customer knows, there is a vast difference in the quality of carbon fiber depending where you purchase it from, and you cannot buy our products anywhere except on our website. Them stating they can purchase the item from other places for a fraction of the price is a false statement. They would be receiving a much lower quality item for that price. The invoice that was in the box was not for their item, and was accidentally put on the box as we explained to them. Their previous order, a carbon fiber spoiler from us, has held up for over 3 years on their car, so if quality was a concern, we are not sure why they would purchase from us again. When we asked them to show us issues with this new product (damage, quality issues, etc), they refused to provide any pictures of anything. All of our products are high quality, and are backed with our warranty. If there are ever any manufacturing defects on products, we always send out replacements, no questions asked. While we welcome feedback and use all feedback to improve, without the customer providing pictures of any damage or quality issues, it is difficult to make improvements. The customer chose the Free Shipping option, and the item was delivered to them in the time frame expected. If the customer would like to return the order for a refund, or would like to send us any pictures of any issues they have, they are more than welcome to so that we can assist them further.
