    I was not able to find the Discount Tire Location in ********* listed. My issue is specifically with that location at:***************************************** I purchased 4 tires and during the installation process a lug stud was damaged. It was damaged to point that the installation process was not able to be completed. I ended up taking my vehicle to two different repair locations, the first one was a Car-X a block away from the Discount Tire location. They informed me that the rounding of the lug stud was more than the equipment they had could handle and they were unable after several attempts to remove the lug stud. They informed me that it appeared to them that someone damaged the lug stud with an impact driver before loosening the lug by had with a breaker bar. I then was able to get into a local ********************** near me and they needed to drill out the head of the lug stud to remove the tire and then remove the remainder of the lug stud from the hub of the wheel. That required 2 and 1/2 hours of the labor. The cost to me for the removal of a lug stud that Discout Tire was $480.48. I returned to the ***************************************** location to finish the installation the the fourth tire I had purchased. When I presented my receipt for the labor charges a representative, I believe the name was *******, a guy with clear frame glasses, refused to reimburse me for the additional expenses I had incurred. By my estimates there were roughly $190 in what I would call soft expenses for installation and a certificate for refund or replacement. None of those charges were offered as a refund to help offset some of my expenses. I do not care that a lug sud was damaged in the installation process, I do care that the damage was unable to be repaired without additional repair expense. If the shop in ********* has the tools to damage lug studs, they should probably have drills and bits that can remove the damaged parts that they cause. I am asking for a minimum of $480.48.

    In November 2024, I visited their store to replace four tires. During the service process, all four of my wheel rims were scratched and damaged.I reported the issue directly to the store, and they advised me to follow their complaint and claims process. I was informed that a specialist would contact me to resolve the matter. My original request was to replace the damaged rims with new ones. However, this request was denied, and they stated that only repairs could be ********** proceed, I was instructed to submit a repair quote. My rims have a blue logo that needed to be perfectly preserved, which resulted in a higher-than-usual repair cost. I provided the quote and submitted all the additional official documentation they requested. Despite complying with their requirements, I have not received any follow-up communication.I have made multiple attempts to contact Discount Tire to resolve this issue, but my efforts have been unsuccessful. The lack of communication and resolution has caused me significant frustration.I am seeking assistance from BBB to help mediate this matter. My desired resolution is for Discount Tire to either replace the damaged rims with new ones or fully cover the repair costs to restore the rims to their original condition.Thank you for your time and assistance.

    I was missing a valve cap and the other 3 were loose. The psi are ***** randomly in each tire in the winter. That's just too much psi especially in cold weather. I am now missing original OEM valve caps on my tires and dirt and sand will get in and ruined my tires. I emailed them but no resolution.

    About 2 weeks ago, I took my SUV to discount tire to have the tires rotated. When they finished, the tire technician who gave me my keys was acting very strange, He was overly helpful, and acting funny. My car door was open for me, with the engine running, so I did not think anything of it. When I got home, I closed the door and immediately saw my drivers door handle was broken. I DID NOT EVER HAVE problems with my door handle until I got home that day. I called the manager at the store and informed him of the incident. He asked me to bring my vehicle to discount tire. I brought it up there, and he completely defended his employee, said he would never break anything. He did not care about the damage that was done to my vehicle. After he was done defending his employee, he just walked off. He was very unprofessional, and obviously does NOT care about customer satisfaction. You would think he would at least have tried to watch the security camera, or something.

    I received an invoice with all of my information on it sent to my email, but I did not have any service done, nor do I own a 2005 ***** Civic. When I called to ask about it, they said their new guy messed up, that they actually saw a ***** CR-V and that the warranty was under my name. I told them that I know they check IDs and that the warranty for the tires should have been switched over to the new owner and not kept under my name. So now a complete stranger has an invoice with my name, phone number and address.

    While a set of 4 new tires were being installed on my car, Kegan P presented me with a socket, purportedly from the work bay and containing a lug nut from my car, from which a ***** wheel mounting stud was extending. The stud, according to Kegan P, was so rusted to the lug nut that it would not have been remoivable with only a basic lug wrench if the car had been stranded at the roadside with a flat tire. He then said that the car needed new lug nuts. I accepted his explanation and agreed to have the car's existing lug nuts replaced. Later, as I began to think about it, I realized that the threads of the stud I had been presented with were encrusted with corrosion deposits that would not have been there if the stud had been recently extracted from my car. The kind of encrustation I saw could only have been there if the threads had been out of their receptor and exposed to moisture over an extended period of time. Further, I learned that Kegan P has, in the car racing circles he frequents, a reputation for trying to deceieve people regarding his car racing abilities.     We change tire there and they lost out tire lock key and now since Wednesday I tow the car to the store for change flat tire but they keep just lie and saying 2 hours will be ready and days gone my wife almost losing her job not able to get to the job last week and this week is same and store just saying same thing

    I went to this discount tire in *********, ********* to get my tires rotated and balanced. I have a 2015 F150 with a 6 inch lift kit and 35 inch tires on it. They are aftermarket wheels. These wheels costed me about $2400 not including the tires mind you these wheel have spring loaded center caps. They rotate my tires I get home take a look at my car and my back passenger center cap is missing due them not properly installing them They were already closed so I called the next day to let them know that they did not put my spring loaded center cap back correctly and I was missing one so they ordered me a new center cap which ended up not fitting. I spent 3 1/2 weeks trying to get a hold of someone to get me new center caps. I finally got a hold of a manager of the manager after getting in contact with revenge and them telling me that they never placed the order with them in the first place. I sent him the pictures he needed on November 8, 2024 so we could get the right center cap this time. This manager of the other manager that I spoke to told me that he would order me 4 Brand New ****** caps due to their mistake and I was perfectly fine with that. He called 2 times in November to give me an update and I never heard from him after. I have called 13 times since December 3 of ****************************************************************************************************************** I just missed him. My fianc finally got a hold of someone today and they told him oh theyre on backorder. Theres nothing that they can do about it even though these people installed my center caps incorrectly, which caused me to lose the center cap. I just want them to fix the issue that they caused because of their negligence and right their wrong

    Date of transaction: 12/19/2022 Amount paid: $1,270.78 Business sold 4 new tires and mounted them on my ************ committed to sell me "new" tires. Business instead, without notifying me, sold me tires that, on the date of installation, were 4 years old. The tires were manufactured in 2018, and they sold them to me in 2022. I only found out when Discount Tire's employee notified me in December of 2024 when I took the car in for service that my tires were nearing the end of their service life due to the fact that they were 6 years old. This was a big shock to me. I feel like Discount Tire defrauded me, and I am owed "new" tires to replace my old tires they sold me 2 years ago.
