**** is a scam artist. He doesnt even have the guts to confront me no matter how many time I publicly call him out. He stole $6k from me and then vanished. He never responded to my complaint and I know **** is reading this and I dare you to call me a liar. **** is a loser that scams people and any good review is from him using fake profiles

Avoid Venture 24, **** at All Costs!!!Venture 24, **** has proven to be dishonest and unprofessional, and I believe their business practices are deceptive. I paid them over $15,000 for app development and participation in their Accelerator Program, expecting deliverables like a ************ Setup, a Marketing Master Plan, and a functional app. None of these were provided. They even told me and investor invested over $85,000 to get the app developed. Instead, I received substandard materials and empty promises, with no usable product or app ever delivered. Throughout the process, communication was almost non-existent. Months would go by without updates, and my repeated follow-ups were ignored. When I raised concerns, they gave assurances of progress that never materialized. Even after paying the full balance, I received generic, incomplete source code that was unacceptable for a professional app development company. When I filed a complaint, they fabricated claims to make it seem like I had defaulted on payments or approved deliverablesneither of which is true. I have evidence showing they consistently failed to communicate, missed deadlines, and did not deliver what was agreed upon. After researching further, I discovered numerous other complaints against Venture 24 from people with similar experiences. It seems they have a pattern of taking payments without delivering promised services, misleading their clients, and then making excuses to avoid accountability. **Any comment Venture 24 provides in response to this will be untrue.** They have consistently lied about their actions and attempted to shift blame to avoid responsibility for their failures. Their actions have caused me significant financial loss, reputational damage, and wasted time. I strongly advise others to stay far away from Venture 24, **** They do not honor their contracts or operate in good faith.

This serves as a response to the complaint submitted by Ms. ****** ******* regarding her participation in our Accelerator Program and subsequent Development Agreement. Ms. ******* enrolled in our Accelerator Program on February 1, 2023. All deliverables itemized in the Accelerator Agreement were completed and delivered to her on May 18, 2023, within the agreed 90-day timeline. (Documentation of completion and deliverables is attached.) This fulfilled the $10,000 enrollment fee Ms. ******* paid. Following the Accelerator Program, Ms. ******* entered a separate Development Agreement on July 27, 2023, to continue her project. Our company contributed $84,933.00 to this development effort. Per the terms of the agreement, Ms. ******* was required to pay an additional $5,067.00 to proceed. As a courtesy, we allowed Ms. ******* to pay $1,000 in good faith and agreed to monthly installment payments thereafter. Unfortunately, she defaulted on this payment plan as of August 26, 2023, and made no further payments until June 23, 2024, nearly a year ******** explicitly stated in the Development Agreement, failure to meet payment obligations permits our company to withdraw from the project, return funds to our investors, and retain all work and intellectual property. Given Ms. ******** breach of contract, we exercised this right. The $5,067.00 Ms. ******* claims as a refund was used to offset costs incurred from development efforts already completed. Ms. ******** request for a refund of $15,067.00 is baseless. She received all deliverables outlined in the Accelerator Agreement, which vested with her upon delivery. The remaining balance of $5,067.00 was forfeited due to her default, as outlined in the Development Agreement. Our company acted in good faith throughout the process and adhered strictly to the terms of both agreements. The breach of contract and resulting termination of the project were entirely due to Ms. ******** inability to fulfill her financial obligations.

Venture 24s response to my complaint is an attempt to misrepresent the facts and avoid accountability for their failures. Their claims are both inaccurate and misleading, as I will clearly demonstrate below:1.False Claim of Delivering Accelerator Program Deliverables Venture 24 states that all deliverables from the Accelerator Agreement were completed by May 18, 2023. This is categorically false. Key elements, including the ************ Setup (icons, screen renderings, and descriptions) and the ********************* Master Plan, were never delivered. The materials I did receive were incomplete and unusable. This failure to provide critical deliverables is a clear breach of contract, and I have documentation to support this claim.2.Misrepresentation of the Payment Plan and My ******* Venture 24 alleges that I defaulted on my payment plan after making a $1,000 payment in July 2023. This is misleading. After my initial payment, I was ignored for months and never provided the promised progress updates or even a link to pay the remaining $4,067. Despite this, I paid the full balance on June 23, 2024, in good faith, expecting to see progress on the app. However, no meaningful work was delivered, and no evidence of their alleged $84,933 in development costs was ever provided.3.Breach of Contract by Venture 24 Venture 24s claim that the project was terminated due to my breach of contract is unfounded. In reality, it was Venture 24 who breached the contract by failing to:Deliver promised services in the Accelerator Agreement.Provide tangible updates or progress on the app development despite my repeated ************* agreed-upon deadlines, including their own final timeline for a December 1, 2024, app launch.Their failure to communicate and deliver constitutes a significant breach of contract.4.Refund Request is Fully Justified My request for a $15,067 refund is based on Venture 24s failure to uphold their contractual obligations. Despite making full payment, I received no functional app or the agreed-upon deliverables. The incomplete, generic source code they provided is unusable and does not justify their claims of fulfilling the agreement.5.Harm to My Business Venture 24s delays, lack of communication, and unfulfilled promises caused significant financial and reputational damage to my business. Their actions led to a loss of investor confidence, operational disruptions, and severe financial hardship. Furthermore, multiple complaints from other clients reveal a troubling pattern of similar misconduct, reinforcing the validity of my claims.6.Fabrication of Good Faith ******* Venture 24s assertion that they acted in good faith is contradicted by their prolonged periods of silence, unfulfilled promises, and incomplete deliverables. Their refusal to take accountability for their failures further undermines their credibility. Venture 24s response is an attempt to deflect responsibility for their consistent failure to deliver on their contractual commitments. Their actions have caused me significant financial loss, reputational harm, and operational setbacks. I stand by my complaint and will continue to pursue all available avenues to recover my losses and hold Venture 24 accountable for their actions.

I would really like people to take this review seriously! I have just had to cut ties with this terrible company, after a year of being strung along. You get hooked in by saying how **** will pitch your idea on your behalf and if you dont get funded then you get your $5k back. Once you get the fake investment. You never receive any proof of the money. You never get a breakdown of where the funds will be spent. And I always to to get work out of them as they promised pre launch marketing, social media set *** the list was endless of promises. None of them materialised. I then wanted proof the app was actually being built after 9 months of asking for launch dates. And they would never upload to TestFlight as proof they were working on it. You never, EVER have a zoom call not even a phone call with the fake development team. All conversations are done via ******. Which once I started to call them out. They deleted all previous conversations and blocked me on every platform so I cant get in touch with them. And If **** writes a reply to this. Please dont listen to a word that comes out of his mouth. I just wish I had listened to the people warning me!

Dear Better Business Bureau Representative,We write this formal response to address the complaint filed by Mr. **** ******* against our company, Venture 24. We firmly dispute the validity of the claims made and provide the following facts to clarify the matter in accordance with our contractual obligations and business ************. ******** statement is factually incorrect. From December 12, 2023, to May 22, 2024, Venture 24 achieved multiple delivery benchmarks, including but not limited to the following deliverables: wireframes, full UI screen designs, a prototype, a website, branding, and a pitch deck. To date, we have provided the client with 337 status updates and delivered 53 updates in alignment with the agreed-upon Development ************ per the terms of the contract reviewed and signed by the client, Venture 24 offers a full guarantee in the event that we are unable to secure an investor. On May 21, 2024, Mr. ******* was presented with an official investor offer of $190,500.00, which he accepted on the same day. This constitutes fulfillment of our contractual obligations under the guarantee provision.Each client, including Mr. ******** is provided a comprehensive Development Agreement outlining all development and launch tasks. The clients claim conflates the timelines of two distinct phases of our program: the Accelerator Program and the development phase. The application had not yet reached the stage for TestFlight or APK build submission, as it is our policy to upload the most complete version of an application for review. This approach ensures a more efficient submission process, as outlined in our development policies.Venture 24 maintains a strict communication policy to ensure all interactions are properly documented for reference. This policy, which the client was aware of and adhered to for several months, specifies ****** as the exclusive platform for communication. Zoom calls and phone meetings are not used to maintain accurate records.Regrettably, Mr. ******** behavior escalated to a level that interfered with the development process. Despite polite warnings, the client repeatedly bombarded our managing partner and development team with excessive and unwarranted messages. The client took undue advantage of the managing partners personal contact information, which had been provided as a courtesy, and was subsequently blocked due to ongoing harassment.The client was reminded to adhere to proper communication channels via ******, but continued to harass team members despite multiple warnings. This behavior directly violated our Code of Conduct and the contractual terms, leading us to execute our contractual right to terminate the agreement. Upon termination, Mr. ******** access to ****** was restricted to preserve project records, and he was advised to direct all future communication to our support email.Venture 24 has fulfilled all obligations under the terms of the Development Agreement, including the delivery of completed branding, social media content, and other project assets, all of which are in Mr. ******** possession. The termination of our agreement was a necessary and lawful response to the clients repeated harassment and non-compliance with our communication policy.We respectfully request that the Better Business Bureau dismiss this complaint based on the evidence provided. We invested $10,000 in hopes of developing our app, but instead, we received nothing but excuses and delays. Weeks went by without any progress, and when we asked for updates, **** simply stated that they had over *************** progress each ******** legitimate accelerator or venture capital company can successfully manage that many active projects simultaneously. This raised red flags for us, signaling that this was likely a money grab. **** showed a lack of professionalism and accountability, opting to communicate only via text rather than having an honest conversation about our concerns. He claimed he was not responsible for the design side, yet as a company owner, he should have either taken responsibility or ensured that capable personnel were available to address our project.When we requested to speak directly with the project manager, *********, we were told that there were no phone numbers available for staff and that communication was limited to email. This further confirmed our suspicions that this operation is offshore and untrustworthy.After 6 weeks of delays and no delivered product, we are left feeling cheated. **** and his team have shown a complete disregard for our investment and have failed to honor our contract.I urge anyone considering working with this company to stay away at all costs. We will be exposing their practices across all platforms and have documented evidence, including screenshots and text messages with **** and his team, to support our claims.

This included access to our portfolio, references, and multiple options for enrollment. You voluntarily decided to join, fully aware of the terms and structure. Additionally, the claim that $10,000 was paid for app development is inaccurate. The payment was for enrollment into our Accelerator Program, which comes with a 100% money-back guarantee if investor funding is not secured after the agreed work is completed. You chose to exit the program before completion, making it impossible to assess the final outcome. 3. Excuses and Delays This is not accurate. Throughout your time with us, you received 112 status updates and 25 deliverables, including a complete wireframe, narrative, and UI/UX designs. Our project schedules follow a rotation system, as communicated upfront. While we experienced a temporary delay due to a surge in new clients, this was promptly resolved by expanding our team. We communicated this to you transparently, ensuring you were aware of the situation. 4. Weeks Without Progress This is incorrect. We advised you from the start that projects enter a queue and are handled in sequence. While some delays occurred due to an influx of clients, your project was actively managed, and you were kept informed. Your suggestion that we are not capable of managing the workload is misguided. We have been successfully operating for 10 years, with numerous clients benefiting from our expertise. 5. Money Grab This claim is unfounded. We provided a detailed list of services to be delivered, which was documented in a contract that you reviewed and signed. Furthermore, our 90-day timeline for program completion was communicated clearly from the beginning. You voluntarily exited the program well before the projected completion date. Our Accelerator Program offers a money-back guarantee if investor funding is not secured upon completion. Companies engaging in deceptive practices do not offer such contractual guarantees. 6. Communication and Documentation To ensure transparency and minimize miscommunication, all project-related communication was documented through Trello, a third-party project management tool. This policy was clearly communicated to you from the outset, and all updates were provided through this platform to maintain accurate records. 7. Termination and Chargeback It is unfortunate that you decided to exit the program prematurely. Although we experienced some initial delays, those issues were quickly resolved, and we remained committed to completing the project as agreed. Despite our best efforts to deliver, you have now filed a chargeback for services rendered. As you are in possession of all completed deliverables, this constitutes a misuse of the chargeback process. Filing a chargeback after receiving and retaining our digital work is fraudulent. We are fully prepared to provide all relevant documentation, including the signed contract, records of completed work, and communication history, to substantiate our position. We stand by the quality and integrity of our work and remain committed to fulfilling our obligations. If you wish to proceed with your project, we remain ready to complete it as agreed. However, we request that the chargeback be withdrawn, as it is both unwarranted and unjustified.
