This hotel was taken over by new management recently per working staff. We were assigned a supposedly clean room, looked clean when we opened the door at least. Pulled back the sheets to find hair everywhere. We were told the room didnt get a bed change. *****, used shower items that were placed to look new and unused. Pet hair and animal remained on new bedding. No working satellite tv, ice maker, or Wi-Fi. Broken items such as no hot water in shower due to broken ****, dripping sink faucet, and running toilet.Review from Paul S

Upset with the hotels willingness to help with a travel plan disruption. Flights were missed and the hotel was unwilling to work with us to push the reservation a day. The hotel was not booked out the first night or second night, meaning there was no financial impact to the hotel to make this swap. Instead we are out the cost of the rooms and would have to book a second night. We actually canceled the tombstone portion of our trip because of this.
