Bought a gold star cover. After being used for only 4 months the cover just started to deteriorate. Their warranty should be illegal in the State of **********, they want to charge me $ for another cover. How is that a warranty when I can purchase the same product for the warranty price? I have never had a cover do this and should have done more research into their company before purchasing. They use a canned response to all the negative reviews. I'm sorry I trusted this company with my money. The company is in ****** but they shipped from **********. Deceptive business practices. Repeat business isn't in their plan, they take your money and leave you with their poor product.

Uses misleading advertising regarding their lifetime warranty.The company boldly proclaims "lifetime warranty" for their product but does not disclose significant limitations on their warranty policy on their home page or on the warranty policy page. They actually only offer a PRORATED warranty after 6 months. This limitation should be disclosed clearly on every page where they advertise "lifetime warranty" as otherwise, this is incredibly misleading advertising. My car cover fell apart in a year (literally deteriorated and crumbled leaving massive holes in the cover) and I had to pay ***** to use their "lifetime warranty". I complained directly to the company that this prorated policy is not stated on their home or warranty policy page and they sent me a separate link that I had to scroll through pages and pages of their "terms and conditions" to find this prorated policy for the lifetime warranty. But on the home and warranty policy page, there is no mention of this. Warranty page is here ************************************************** They did not care about my complaint. Clearly an inferior product falsely advertised as quality with a lifetime warranty.

They falsely advertise their products. I purchased their 5 layer car cover that supposedly is element proof. it's far from that. this is from their site:"Our 5 layer car cover is composed of the thickest and most reliable fabric available in today's market. This Car Cover is guaranteed to fit perfectly or your money back. The cover leaks. I had my car outside with the cover on and the car its self was wet. this was not an extreme rain at all. Then recently I had the car outside over the course of 3 days with the cover on and when I took the cover off, the car was layered with pollen and dust. this should not have happened with a cover that is 5 layers thick and advertised as waterproof and protects from extreme conditions. my car is normally garage or carport kept but even then I would get dust. I did email them and I ended up getting a reply from them. it reads: Dear valued customer, Our ********************** are designed with small pores to ensure breathability and protect your vehicle from moisture buildup. While the cover is 100% waterproof to a certain extent, it is important to note that it can only withstand a certain amount of water. This means that the cover is considered water-resistant rather than fully waterproof. Our main focus is on providing excellent breathability and UV protection, which is why we have designed our covers to be water-resistant rather than fully waterproof. So is it waterproof or water resistant? their reply is an oxymoron. False advertising is illegal

Lifetime warranty not honored Bought car cover online spring 2021, car hem ripped off 1 side and part of fabric pilled and worn so light comes through and water.I applied for warranty and they do not respond because I don't have receipt and order #

This company is fraudulent. They post BBB accreditation and they are not. They sell a defective product and will teplace it as long as you pay the shipping fee. I am surprised the BBB has given them an A+ rating.

I would give 1/2 star review if I could. Like the other reviews here, I bought a car cover on 10/26/21 based on the their website claims of cover quality. My cover lasted one year even though it has a lifetime warranty. I contacted their warranty department and they agreed to replace the cover based on the pictures that I sent them. They wanted a $30 shipping fee for a new cover. I complained abot the $30 because it only lasted one year. After all, it has a lifetime warranty. They sent me an email stating that they would reduce the shipping fee to $25. I didn't think that was fair, but then thought maybe the second cover would last longer. So I called to pay the $25. When I called they refused to accept the $25 and insisted on the $30. The email was deceptive way to get me to call and they thought they could pressure me to pay the $30. I didn't pay the $30. Instead, I came here to file a complaint with the BBB. Only to find the same complaint from many others. If you try to find the reviews on their website, there aren't any to review. I want a full refund now that I see the second cover doesn't last any longer. Their website should be taken down for false advertising. I'm sure there are many others with the same complaint and just threw the cover away and bought from another company. I bought 3 covers (including this one) since 2011 for my car. The others lasted much longer. I thought I would save some $$ this time because it was on sale....Silly me. "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" is so true. ****** learned..
