    I've been waiting for over 17 months for a replacement on a BlendJet2 that was recalled. I've reached out to customer service several times and requested a status update on the their ******** Page. However, I still haven't gotten my BlendJet2 replaced. They had me destroy my old one but haven't replaced it.

    I have been waiting for almost a year for my base replacement. I have emailed and told I would receive word when it would be ready to ship. In the meantime, Blendjets are still being sold and they keep sending me solicitations to purchase more. I have on numerous occasions tried to call customer service and they answer and hang up. Resolution for me at this point is to send me a brand new unit, one of which they are still selling. Blendjet needs to make me whole. I have been patient long enough.

    At the request of BlendJet, I disabled my base in April of 2023 and still have not received a replacement. Such a disappointment! When I inquired (twice) they cited supply chain issues and said they were just a small company and couldn't keep up etc. They seem to be doing just fine selling new product-this is just very bad customer service and they need too clean it up or stop doing business. I will never recommend this product to anyone.

    As of 1/29/2025 it has been 11 months since I was directed to disable my BlendJet due to a safety recall and send photos of it. I have contacted the customer service department and received nothing but word service telling me there is a problem with a parts supplier. When I ask about the products on the local store shelves I am told they are from a different manufacturing group.

    Avoid at all costs. Blendjet advised of a recall a year ago and I filed a claim for a replacement part. Still waiting . . . At this point, I want a refund. I cant support this business and would encourage others to steer clear.

    As of 01/23/2025, I have yet to receive my replacement due to the recall. I have reached out on numerous occasions to the BlendJet company via email without success of replacement. I find it oddly strange that BlendJet response to all of my correspondence is that there was a supply chain issue and backup. Please send me a full refund immediately. This is unacceptable and I am truly disappointed.

    The company issues recall and has us cut the seal to get replacement product. This makes product unusable and over a year later still nothing but they keep selling units online

    Recalled my two blendjets. Still have not received a replacement. I have been waiting since 01/29/2024. Customer service is terrible.

    Worst customer service ever!!! I was asked to send in some parts of my Blendjet (unused) due to an recall in December of 2023. I sent the items in as requested this was in January of 2024. In April I received an E-mail stating some customers might not receive their replacement parts until June 2024. July 30th I sent an E-mail requesting replacement or refund they were unable to assist. Now over a year later I have still not received the replacement parts E-mailed again with the same response. I would never ever recommend this company!

    Recalled BlendJet-been almost a year and no plan for replacement yet. Keep being told: Thank you for getting back to us and we sincerely apologize for the delay. Unfortunately we do not have an estimated shipping date at this time. Rest assured you have not been forgotten about! You will receive a new confirmation email with tracking information once your replacement has shipped. In September I was told: We experienced some unforeseen issues in our supply chain, however replacement base kits have started shipping out in early March. We are working to try to get the replacement base kit out to you but we are unable to provide you with a timeframe on when it will be delivered. The recall has impacted us hard and as a small company we are doing our best to get through it and focus on getting these base kits out. Unacceptable service
