I want to cancel my subscription and am getting no response. I have reached out 4 times and no one gets back to me but they are happily sending me customer service surveys.This is terrible service.Business response

11/21/24 Beverly Hills MD sent an email advertising $20 dermal repair complex to "sapphire members" I'd purchased from them in the past and they tend to not give you a discount until after you check out. I clicked the link when I got the email. The lowest price at that time for 3 jars was $28 a jar. It's just BS. If you advertise a price, you should get that price. False advertising.Business response

I ordered products fron Beverly Hills MD,they have a money back guarantee within 90 days I took that long to take all the products I ordered.The product did not work.2 weeks later I asked for my money back and customer service replied I was out of the return policy window.I am a healthcare provider and should have realized the reviews were probably written by people who they know.I just want my money returnedBusiness response

I have been using Beverly Hills MD products for a couple years. Knowing that Plastic Surgeons recommended these products...I felt that they must be excellent. They are the experts and they rave about their products......Each new product that came out..I believed would give me the radiant and beautiful skin I was searching for. In reality...my skin continued to become drier and drier. Another product would come out and I thought...this would correct my issue. So I would buy it thinking that this is what I need. Then 2 months ago..my neck and undereye area became extremely irritated red dry swollen and wrinkled. I believe that finally my body said enough is enough. The representatives said they can't do anything for me. There is not even any real representative that can tell you about what to do. These are **** selling this. This is unacceptable to take my money not give any real help to consumers.Business response

I bought Beverly Hills MD neck serum less than s month ago (8/11/24) for $53.00. I called on 9/10/24 asking to return the product due to gloppy consistency that produced absolutely no results. I have used several of their products over the years but this was useless. I offered to trade for the stem cell moisturizer. They said i would have to mail back the neck serum at my own expense for a refund and then buy the moisturizer. I was amazed at how their customer service has declined in only a few short years. In the past they never would have made the customer pay for the return. Im really saddened by their poor product and lack of PR.Business response

Not only was the product defective and gloppy, but the company also did not make it clear that returns would have to be paid by customer beforehand. In the past (i was a customer for years) they had much better PR. They just lost a good customer to their competitors. I wanted them to give me a shipping labelthen i was willing to buy a different product that i liked better.

In July, I ordered 3 Units of Dermal Repair vitamin capsules, @ $100US but then couldn't complete the order, until I'd ordered another 3 units @ $75 US, with a total of $188US.On the bottom of each jar was "manufactured "August 2023!" There was no Expiry date! Why would any woman take pills that were a year old??I paid $30.Cdn. postage& sent all jars back, on Aug., 20 from *********. Beverley ********************** tell me they received the box, but to date, Sept. 10 I have not credit on my **** statement.I fill very strongly that this company is scamming older women!!Business response

I ordered one (1) item for $86, they added other items amounting to over $200. I called IMMEDIATELY as I saw this and they were closed. I called first thing next day wanting to cancel entire order. They said it had already been shipped (BS) and they could not cancel, but offered a discount. I said no, want order cancelled. I called Discover to dispute charges; they said I would have to wait 10 days.I received package today and presume I have to go to my PO with "return to sender" ********** i got package and suppose PO would want me to bring package in withBusiness response

april 2024. bought deep wrinkle filler. Called in July to return ( no improvement) when i called it was past 60 days . **************** was just a broken record. I then did some research and found many many negative reviews. I filed a dispute with my ******************** I am 73 years recently had a mini facelift ( happy with outcome) but i do try products with guarantees and i have return items that didnt not accomplish what promised . But the relentlessness of the customer service person to just repeat and repeat past 60 days just confirmed a scam operation. I was in sales for over 3 decades and you never what a unhappy customer so the amount in question i believe around $120 and now I am determined to go on many web sites to let future customer know about my experience.Business response

On 04/30/24 I was charged $***** for Beverly Hills MD product. I requested a full refund and returned the item UNOPENED back to Beverly Hills MD. A credit for ***** was only AUTHORIZED on 04/30/24 NOT ISSUED! I was informed of this by the customer service department! To this day I STILL have not gotten my refund!Business response

transaction 6L8249020X403341S April 23, 2024 Since taking this med, all joints in my body hurt so bad that I am now afraid to take anymore. I am not sure if the product is what it claims to be. The pain is so bad I am going to the doctor to see what's wrong and I am also having the product examined by my pharmacist.
