I purchased a vehicle from this business on 12/8 a 2021 Tesla ************** was agreed upon, despite the unnecessary add ons but amongst those add ons was an $805.00 charge under EV Charger. Assuming it would be in the car at the time of my departure, I didnt bother checking before leaving because why would I? On the drive home I needed to charge is when I noticed I didnt in fact have it. Due to it being late in the day, past closing hours, I decided to call the following day. I have called them, various times, the first time being in the morning on 12/9 and I keep getting the run around, ignored, placed on hold for 20minutes at a time and just no one answering. If I paid for a product it should be provided, its good business to provide a customer with all agreed upon terms. I understand accidents happen, but the lack of a response from the dealership is whats alarming. I need this situation fixed, by providing me with a refund or with the item I was sold.

Car Dealership has not sent car registration or car tags after nearly 5 months of waiting, and the dealership has only kept saying to wait but has never delivered.

Dealership does not disclose add on options on any advertising as required by california consumer protection law effective july 2024 . Dealership forces add ons that are taxable. Any taxable fee must be documented in writing on their disclosure list and cannot state they comply with the law by stating final price does not include dealer fees.. Guardian Shield is not a dealer fee, it is snake oil and illlegal as this is included in any sales price. This add on is in addition to dealer fee line item.

I went in August 6th to sign the paperwork to get rid of the warranty since it didnt cover much and I was told they would send it off to the finance department and to wait 4 weeks and I tried calling after the weeks and then turned into a month and they got my name and email down and said they would get back to me by September 28th if anything. I waited and nothing. I called several times, and either no one was there or to call another time and the most recent time was to tell me they didnt find me in their system at all along with the information of my car. They said show us proof u actually signed it and I have and Im still waiting on the check to be sent instead of all this run around

They sold me an extended warranty for $2000 on my truck. I was informed numerous times at the time of purchase I can return this warranty for 100% money back and after a certain amount of time it will be prorated. Great. A month later I called and requested to cancel the warranty. I spoke to a fellow named "*** Ghabriall" who is a finance manager at this dealership. He told me I need to provide a paid in full letter which I did (I have email proof) and then he confirmed receipt and then told me he has started the process for the warranty return. He stated this process takes a month or two and I asked for email proof stating the process has been started. He sent me an email on 2/9/24 stating "Received thank you warranty cancellation will be submitted as of today"Great I figured. 2 months go by and I try to call them and ask. I can never get through, but after an hour or so of trying I get connected to someone and they always say "This process takes a while, you just have to wait." Finally on 6/7/24 I speak to someone named ******* ***** and he stated that the warranty return process has in fact not been started... After waiting 4 months and being told by multiple people the return was pending. He then tells me not to worry as he will start the return as of the previous date ( back in February). He then sends me email proof of this ( I have records) and tells me that I will need to wait 1-2 months for the return to go through. It's not October, 4 months later and I haven't received my refund.I'm tired of being lied to and scammed by this dealership. I've wasted too much time and they have had my $2000 hostage since January... I feel like I've been robbed and everyone at that dealership just lies over and over.

Purchased a car 4/15/2024 came in with a check from credit union, sales rep ********************* took my info down as usually but i made it VERY clear i did not want my credit run and he promised me they wouldnt. They did and now my score dropped drastically. On top of this its been over 3 months me and my credit union have tried on numerous occaions to have someone call us back with failed promises. My sales rep promised me a call back, the title dep. ETC. Today i called and demanded to speak to the Boss as I still haven't received my plates that are paid for and the temporary paper plates have been long expired. No one seems to care or try to solve this matter.

I went into HGreg Nissan of Buena Park/Nissan of Buena Park on 03/26/2024 to look at a car. When I got there, I asked to see the car that they had advertised. Once I signed the necessary paperwork, purchased a bumper-to-bumper warranty as told by the salesperson. I was also told that I would receive a full tank of gas, but I did not. I took that car the Mini ****** dealership, for a diagnostic test, and was told that there was damage to the engine. The engine light came on, so I had to leave the car at the dealership. Once I purchased the car from the dealership, me as a person who does not understand how dealership processes paperwork and have purchased cars in the past, I have never experienced such blatant disregard for honesty, who deal in deception, and have no moral ethics than with this particular dealership, just for the sale of a car. I received a phone call from a Lady by the name of **** on 06/28/24 from HGreg Nissan of Buena Park/Nissan of Buena Park which is more than 3 months after the purchase of this vehicle, and she advised me that I needed to come in so that they could do a smog check on the vehicle, and that they let the paperwork expire. This company never processed the necessary paperwork, to the *** so that this car could be registered to me. This company did not have a smog check done because they knew that it would not pass because the engine light came on. Since that necessary paperwork has not been filed with the *** the lender of this vehicle is now telling me that they will increase the interest because of this problem. Furthermore, under CA Law the seller is responsible for having a Smog Check performed on the vehicle and providing the buyer the certificate of compliance, and this dealership did not.

In respond to this complaint customer was advised to go speak to **** the sales manager to return the vehicle

I would like a clearing understanding of the what the representative ****************************** Risk Mitigation Mgr. of HGreg Nissan of Buena Park/Nissan of Buena Park means by when I spoke with him that I talk to **** the Sales Manager to return the vehicle. I am requesting this contract is void and get a full refund of all monies that I paid out for this vehicle. This statement is too vague.

    Thank you

Sold a vehicle that had a windshield that was not attached and not even the correct one for the car. Dealership will not take action. Dealership has told us several times that a manager will have to call us back and that has not happened. This all began mid February of this year.

In respond to this complaint this vehicle was sold Dec 2023 and all cars are sold as-is and in addition customer waited until Feb to mention the problem.  In addition if I am not mistaken the front windshield is covered by the customers insurance with no out of pocket expense

This is BS. Claiming "as-is" for something as dangerous as this should fall under fraud. Did they not wash the car and discover the leak? It would be understandable if it were physical blemishes etc. If they had not made it impossible to communicate with them this could have been easier. Having our calls directed to mailboxes that were full should not be happening. Being told someone would call us back and that not happening either, until they received notification about this complaint, should not have happened. This company is sketchy.

Furthermore, we did not know about the problem until February because THE *** WAS NEVER LEFT OUT IN THE RAIN UNTIL THEN. It resided under a carport.  It was driven from LA to ************, ** and parked under cover where it remained. The mileage added since purchase is less than 1000 miles. ** we need to provide PROOF of that via ****** tracking via cell phone data?

Saturday 2/3: my spouse and I travel to this business to look at a car listed for approximately $18900. After arriving and discussing potentially purchasing the car, they offer me an out-the-door price of over $27000, including nearly $6000 in optional add-ons. After refusing the add-ons, the manager eventually came out and said they wouldnt sell us the car for the price listed online. This was after spending 2.5 hours at the dealership.

Dealer is FORCING me to pay for ******************************, and tracking device.I'm a DISABLED senior Citizen, and use a flip phone, so I can NOT do APPs on a phone, so there is no need for tracking device. The car is OL:D (2019), and missing lots of paint. Why should I pay for paint protection when car is already missing paint?Clear Shield protects paint as well, so I do NOT need that as well.As soon as I said I do NOT want to finance and want to pay cash in FULL, they started adding "dealer added" accessories, such as paint protection, etc...
