Dishonest and Terrible Service!See my ****** review, this is an add-on. After my review, the used car manager called me and stated that he would take care of the dent. He specifically said they do not sell used vehicles with denrs, i purchased the vehicle so quickly he didnt inspect....and he would take care of it and send it to the body shop, and he would also give me a free detail. We set a time and a date to meet and as I shared other experiences with him, he said that he would try to make time for us to meet with ****, the sales manager. So I arrived at my scheduled time and date, he was not there, he never showed and in fact he had the day off. They took my vehicle to the body shop on site and specifically stated that they would match factory paint and do a touch up. I was not expecting a touch up. See my picture for the before and after, which is absolutely ridiculous. It looks worse after the touch up. After patiently waiting, they never performed the detail on the vehicle and subsequently I was approached by the general sales manager who said that he would cover half the cost of the body work not honoring the used car sales managers promise and guarantee. They continue to do feed me words of inconsequential matter and jargon, in an attempt to back pedal out of the promise they made me. The *** said he needed to talk the *** ti confirm the promise I was made and get back to me on Monday. They are liars. The epitome of the stereotype we know! In the 5 or 6+ vehicles I've purchased, I have never dealt with a more incompetent and negligent dealership.Review from Jacqueline S.

This dealership operates by baiting with low prices on the internet and adding extra thousands to the price for insurance that isn't necessary. For what I didnt want they continued to push it on me and ignored my refusal, dissmissing my imput. It wasn't one person in particular. I was helped by two different people with the exact same approach. I understand it to be their mode of operation.Review from Al J

Review after review warned me thousands of dollars of dealer 'add-ons' will be tacked on to any sale, and so I was indeed a Buyer Aware. However, their store in Buena Park, ********** has a 2022 Maserati Ghibli in a color I wanted, and so I made an appointment with salesman *****. Before driving the 68-miles, I texted ***** "I'm not coming up from ********* unless the advertised price will be honored". ***** texted back, "We go based on the website price", and so I took a screenshot of the website price. After a brief test drive, I told *****, "Let's do the deal, but I will not pay for any GPS tracker, or paint and door protection". Instead of honoring his written word, ***** came back to the table wanting $3085 for those very items, saying they will NOT sell the car without the "accessories". I said, "Fine, we had a deal, so tell your manager he just bought the car back for $3085. I actually felt bad for the young salesman, as I'm sure he was just doing what he is told to do. Another salesperson sent an email, asking if I was still interested in the Maserati, and I replied, "Yes, but not with any of the add-ons". She wrote back, "We can discuss that"...which obviously is another lie.Review from William G

I had the worst dealership experience at HGreg Nissan Buena Park -- borderline criminal/bait & switch. I used the Nissan website to build a $44,000 400Z. The vehicle advisor said he'd have that car at the end of the month. I went in and after filling out credit report paperwork, they dropped the bomb and tried to charge me $100,000! That's right: $100,000 for a car their website said was $44,000!!!!!! They could have told me upfront about the insane $30,000 markup or that they didn't even have the exact car they told me they had but pushed one with a $55,000 sticker price (plus the giant markup). No integrity, transparency or ethics. Buyer beware!Review from Raymond B

Yes they told me they were sending me a refund for my gap insurance back in September 2022 it's now June 2023 and I'm still yet to receive this refund check and these people just say it sent or if it was sent in September it should have already gotten to me by now is there any way to have them investigated for fraud you know it took them a year to give me my license plate number my license plates they refinance me seven times screwed my credit all ** because they had to keep running my credit every time I had to put deposits down twice it made no sense somebody needs to investigate this companyReview from Tony M.

Worst service after purchasing a vehicle that I was told to purchase without test driving. The service manager **** deliberately ignores my calls to avoid fixing damages on the vehicle I purchased and was delivered to me. I purchase my vehicle over 1 month ago and was hopeful I would get this resolved. That's why it took me so long to write a review. This is only the beginning of my complaint. More to come. ****, you should have just called me back and fixed my simple issue. SMH!Review from Angel C

This place is trash, showed up for my 6pm appointment on 7/11/22 with *** where was move helping another buyer I get people show up. And want to test drive the same car you want it's fine. What's not fine is to not answer text messages stating I'm out side I walk inside no one comes up to Greet me. So I left then I called again later on in the evening spoke to ****** specifically asked her to send me a credit app because I want the car since that other buyer didn't buy it. What do it get from ****** I'll make your appointment I'll work with you and even told her if she wanted my email for that credit app dead silent. Now Tuesday 7/12/22 called again some guy with the name ***** or ***** answered my called and said he would get back to me right when I was about to be would you like my phone number click the phone was hung up. Like really. Then I proceed to call back and talk to another sales person by the name of **** and guess what he said i know who you are talking about let me get him I spend 20 minuets on hold just for what ???? To get a click. Seriously this place has the worst sales and customer service team very disappointed because I was very Interested in this car. From the looks of the reviews I'm not the only one who feels like this, they either need better management, more training or just simply replaced with people who want to help people.I've done everyone the favor and have reported this business to the better business bureau of **********.Just stay away and don't waste your time I drove from ********* in hot traffic for nothing.Review from karla p

On Feb. 24th 2022 I went to the dealership to shop for a mid size truck Having me look at trucks from the website not even on the lot they showed me a black 21' Nissan Frontier VIN#***************** (USED). My son and I along with the sale guy Mo went for a test drive. It was raining on and off and very cold. As I was heading back to the dealership I felt the truck pull when stepping on the gas pedal. I told Mo immediately and his responds was "its cold and the truck has been sitting on the lot for some time". I moved forward with the deal signed paper work and Mo was going to fill up my gas tank, as i made a left hand turn to head to the gas station, I pressed on the gas...the truck pulled hard and it wasn't going into the next gear then two check engine lights came. I turned the truck around stopped Mo from pull his car out from his parking spot and told him about happened. Mo and *********************************** (if I'm not mistaken) came out and basically said that it's most likely code that needs to be rest, that not to worry it fine and that its covered under warranty. I no choice but to drive this death trap home only to return it back to the dealership first thing in the morning. So come to find out the TRANMISSION went out, at this point I'm not comfortable with this deal. The vehicle was sold to me as a CERIFITED vehicle. I felt that GM needed to make this right. They wanted to offer me a more expansive truck with high payment, void the sale or they fix the truck. They never once said sorry but tried to make me feel like they were doing me a favor by replacing the TRANSMISSION. Nick ******* who i wasn't speaking to was raising his voice to me telling me "what do you want lady, I bet 10yrs of free oil change would make you happy". I turned to ***************** and said write it up, they back pedaled and said that's not realistic. As this point i was done and said you tried to sale me a LEMON, give me my car back and keep your S***** TRUCK. They sale LEMONS, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
