I purchased a 2020 ***** Traverse brand new. The vehicle gave me the first problem 3 months later. Instead of fixing the issue they just patcher it up. Now my transmission has gone completely out and they refuse to fix it or take responsibility. I still owe $15000 on a vehicle that won't even drive. They lied to me and said my warranty was up at 36k miles she drive train issues are covered until 60k. This dealership has so many negative reviews with customers having the same issue as me.

I was contacted by this business to come check out, test drive, and discuss finance vs lease options on a 2022 ***** Bolt. I was advised by customer support that the vehicle is there, and I would have an appt to speak with a sales advisor and to someone in financing. I made an appointment. I traveled to this dealership from work, which is 35 miles away, only to be told I did not have an appointment, and they didnt know what I was talking about. I was then informed I did have an appointment, but the vehicle I was interested is not in stock, and there are no advisors to assist me. The service advisor then proceeds to tell me they have other vehicles available with markups, due to the limited inventory. I was clearly lied to by this dealership in order to physically get me there to offer me a vehicle I was not interested in, and pressure me into purchasing. I left in absolute shock and disgust, then anger as I realized I traveled over 70 miles round trip to only be lied to. This is shameful, and disgusting practices by this dealership. I

My husband and I purchased a 2022 ***** Silverado **** Crew Custom 2WD from Premier Chevrolet in Buena Park, CA on May 31, 2002.The dealer agreed to give us $27,500 for our trade in, a 2017 ****** Tacoma. We owed $20,543.56 (pay off amount) to the bank. The dealership agreed to apply $21,000 to the bank (pay off amount of our trade in) and the remainder, $6,500, to be applied toward the purchase of the new truck. My husband and I arrived at the dealership letting them know that our son sent us to purchase a truck from them because our son and daughter-in-law bought one from the dealership in April 2022 and paid only MSRP. We told the dealership that we wanted to do the same (pay only MSRP). Our son's name is ************************* and our daughter-in-law, *************************************. We arrived at the dealership at 7pm and didn't leave until past 10pm. We were rushed through the entire process (negotiation and finance paperwork). After asking for MSRP for the truck, the only numbers discussed was the amount for our trade in (2017 ****** Tacoma), and the terms of our loan (APR and number of years). Upon reviewing the paperwork the next day, we realized what had happened and were in complete shock and disbelief. We were not sold the truck for $43,870.00 (the price we saw on the window sticker). We were sold the truck for $49,865.00. In addition, I we are still owed $456.44 (from the dealership who agreed to apply $21,000) from our trade in, as we only owed $20,543.56 for the payoff amount (to the bank). We had trusted this dealership, and unfortunately were taken advantage of. My husband (in person) and I (phone message) attempted to contact the dealership, on two separate days, unsuccessfully. We are asking for money back for the difference of what we paid for the truck and what was on the window sticker ($5995.00) and the difference of the pay off amount on our trade in and the remainder of that amount due ($456.44), for a total of $6451.44 Thank you

My family and I arrived to this location about 3 weeks ago. We worked w an employee by the name of JD that after about and hour of speaking about a desired purchase he estimated the purchase to be about ****** for a car however do to the lack of cars we had to wait until they got a new shipment. He calls us today and says the desired car is in. We show up to the dealer to only be told they are now selling for ****** with everything. We again discussed what he had previously advertised he said I would never say that. OK well what can we do he said she said. Now we settle on the price of ****** for the car and we advised him from the beginning our payment would be cash. He then spends about 1 hour going back and forth he runs my information in his system etc then he asks for me to finance the purchase to help his boss feel like he made money on the purchase. We again advise him what we told him from the beginning after about another 1 hour his "boss" ************************* says well we can't honor the price the rep said of the ****** as I wouldn't make any money because he presented the deal as you guys would be financing meaning I would pay interest. After about 30 minutes of going back and forth he says well cars are in demand I can't honor *************** as again he presented the deal to him alleged differently than the hours we spent working on. PLEASE keep in mind I had read and re read all documentation calculations etc saying I would purchase the car for the mis leading price not once but 2 times now. While sitting the whole time another family says the same thing about the bait and switch they called got a price and while in the middle of the transaction they changed the price same senerio. They told us one price "out the door" meaning taxes and fess included but once there they swapped the price we were told one price on day and another the next 3 weeks. But the issue is not there at the end I lost ********** for nothing. they are taking advantage of people

I dropped my car off on Feb 3rd at dealership. After a week, I went to pick couple things up from my car. The dealership could not locate my car keys for approximately 30 minutes which should have been a red flag for me. After 20 days, I was told I could pick up my car. While heading there, ******* told me they took the car out for a test drive and stated I need to have the valve replaced. I was angry because they could have done this all day but waited till the last moment. After picking up my car, I started noticing my car kept having the same problems including new ones. I then read the **** in which they charged my 2k on labor and $400 on parts. That did not make any sense to me. I attempted to contact the service manager ******* who told me he would look into it. After that day, ******* has not called me back and I have left him several voice messages for him to call me back. After two weeks of no call back, I contacted customer service manager ***** who told me she will have ******* call me back. ******* still hasnt called me back and I also attempted to contact ***** and left her a voicemail. I really think I got bamboozled and just need my car fixed. I have exhausted all avenues to fix this problem at manager level but its been a month and I still have the same problems when I picked up my car.
