    This service department starting with front desk sending out the calls is horrible spoke to ******* he didnt even know what he was talking about when it comes to giving information Nadie is a liar giving false information they go back and forth with your warranty I regret purchasing a vehicle by them they dont give correct information once you sign your contract they just agree to everything to sale you a car dont recommend this dealership at all or the service department

    First of all, please do not bring your vehicle to this facility. The service department here is completely disorganized. The manager and staff are incapable of handling the volume of customers. It appears that none of the employees know what theyre doing. No one has been able to give me a straight answer or a timeline on when my vehicle will be ready.My car has been in your facility for 14 days without any communication from your side. I have had to reach out repeatedly, only to receive no response to texts and to be placed on hold for 15, 20, or 30 minutes before the call drops.Chevrolet Buena Park needs new staff who are competent and know what theyre doing. It has been 14 days, and you have not provided me with a rental car for my daily commute.This issue needs to be resolved immediately.

    Our car has had nothing but issues since we bought it 4 years ago. Its been in the shop more than out of the shop. So when the local dealership tries to get a claim approved for service, they sit on it and dont approve/deny. They just make you pay out of pocket for a rental while they sit on your claim. When you try to call them, they dont return calls and lie to you to make you happy when you do get a hold of them. Terrible business and customer service. All they want is your money from a purchase. Then youre dead to them.

    Test drove a car on Sunday, called Tuesday to speak with the person that helped us (******) who said to call him and that the price was up for discussion. The receptionist said I dont think have a ****** but Ill take a message (fair, he is new).Another sales person called and I told her I was working with ****** (thought that was the right thing to do), tried again Wednesday. Still no knowledge of ******, he ended up calling back that afternoon, later came back with a price that was list. Told him what he could afford and if that wouldnt work no problem, just let me know. Over the next two days he said he was still working on it. I followed up with him (again) today for him to say that someone was looking at it - they sold it to that person. I just hope they are better to future costumers. Would have worked with someone else to come to agreement on Tuesday.

    Literally the worst service ever, not to mention the blatant fraud attempt by the service department. Brought my 2023 suburban in for a noise that sounded like a minor belt issue on a Friday. I was told they'd look at it on Monday. Monday came, no call. Called Tuesday and they hadn't diagnosed yet but said it looked like the cam and lifters would need to be replaced which would be a major overhaul. Said they'd call wednesday. No call so, *****, I called them and the technician ***** confirmed it was cam and lifters. I decided to take it to ******* Chevrolet, where I purchased it. Turns out...just a belt. I called the service manager ******* who promised to look into the matter yesterday and he never called me back. Please do not go here. They are complete scammers with zero customer service etiquette. AVOID AT ALL COST!

    If you have an electric vehicle please do not bring your car for service here. The ** Tech apparently works 2 days a week and they wont tell you this over the phone, they will wait till you get there to drop you car off. THEY ARE NOT ** FRIENDLY AT ALL. Such a waste of time TWICE!
