    I placed an online order. They waited to receive payment and the cancelled the order. I have been told they will not refund my payment and gave me a store credit, for about half of the value. They are scamming people

    I ordered over $200 worth of products off this website. They're refusing to give me a refund or even a replacement. I decided to order new batteries for the product to see if it fixes the problem but the vape I want is out of stock they only have one available but by the time I return the defective one I'd have to wait months for the one I want to come back into stock and if they'd just send me a replacement instead of a coupon code and make me pay to ship the defective item back and also pay shipping on the new item. I believe I'm owed a full refund so I can order off a more reliable website or an even exchange but they won't give it to me. They said they'd give me a coupon towards my order. I don't think this is fair and their business practices are a joke. I deserve to get an effective product and not have to wait months to get a new one when they have the one I want right now but they claim they don't issue replacements. I spent over 200 dollars I think it's only fair they issue me a replacement while they have it in stock.

    I placed an order in December for some vaping items, mainly juice. I purchased insurance through them, provided by route. My items were never delivered and even on tracking, they never updated to delivered and only say “handed to final agent for delivery” as the last scan. I have been on bedrest and have two young children was assuming it would just show up an update. In January, after no package, I contacted route about this order. Route claims that I was 6 days past the 30 day deadline for packages not received which for one is ridiculous, as lost packages can show up months later I have read. For two, I initially contacted route on January 4 which falls before the 30 days. Vapor empire told me to file a claim with USPS and I did but it was denied. Therefore, I am without the package and the money and it is absolutely unacceptable customer service practices and I would rather pay more money to another supplier who is better at handling any errors which may occur.
