Sent the wrong items. Refusing to send me the correct items, and insisting that I spend my time/money to return the WRONG items before they'll reimburse me.. at which point I can possibly buy the correct ones.This is in violation of consumer rights, per the **** No "shop policy" can retract those rights.********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I lost $270 in their scam. Note: Vapor Empire does not offer package protection upon checking out. They say they do, but this is a lie. They only offer adult signature fee and I did pay for that. I would have paid extra for package protection if they had offered it. VaporEmpire.com also gave me a fake tracking number. I know this because I opened a claim with **** and they told me it is a fake number. SO, no package protection and fake tracking means you will not get your package and they get to keep your money!

Very poor customer service. They do not stand behind the products they sell.

I ordered 2 bottles of ecig juice. Never got confirmation of order. Though they took the money out of my account and per customer service they could not find my order . 2 weeks later no refund no merchandise

I purchased a disposable product from them online, Tugpod BOX Disposable | 7000 Puffs | 15mL | 50mg, and it arrived damaged and leaking. It was totally unusable. I contracted them via their internal process for complaints and their response was simply that they do not guarantee disposable products. So I'm just out of luck after paying $11.52 for the product, $9.05 for the adult signature fee, and $8.40 for shipping. They did offer a 15% discount on the next order which I'm guessing covers only the cost of the product itself. There will NOT be a future order. It's ridiculous for a company to sell a product and take a position that they will not cover it just because it is a disposable. Here is an excerpt from the reply email they sent me: All clearance/sale items, and disposable sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on these items, this includes defective items in these categories. ....... we do not have access to the quality control of the manufacturer when they shipped the products to us. We are not allowed to open or check disposable products due to the nature of such items, and to protect our customer's safety. So basically what they are saying is that they are a middle man and take no responsibility for a damaged product they received from a manufacture. This is simply bad bad business!

So I would never just complain but I feel the public needs to be aware of how the customer service experience for myself has gone. From my experience they truly do not care, I purchased an order with some disposable vapes. So I took a chance, one had basically leaked all inside its individual package. The package itself was not damaged although they claim it was shippings fault. The outer package that held my order did not have damage. They sent me two bogus links to file a claim that did not work that came back as an error and sent me bs over their policies. Do not trust this company as they do not care. Once they collect your money, that’s it! They push blame and try to find loopholes not to help you. I will never order from this company again. I believe in customer experience and this is just unacceptable in my opinion.
