    I purchased my Nissan Sentra 2015 s on June 2022 I tried driving it to California to North Carolina. ************ and and another sales associate promise me it would make it there without a doubt .So I purchased it exciting. Next day I drove it and it was running smooth and as I was heading to New Mexico to Texas. Going up a little hill. It gave up. The semi almost slammed into me and I had to move to the side as quickly as possible . The car did not want to turn on. I called the manager ****** and he tried to help me out as best as possible so i thought. ****** the manager wanted me to pay for it and he'll reimburse me right after. With Nissan denying to tow my vehicle because they weren't paying. When victor finally did it. it took them hours to get here! I didn't mention the worst part. With limited water and it almost being 100 degrees my dog was in very bad condition with him barely opening his eyes and his nose very dry. I did my best with the little water I had to keep him hydrated and cool. I kept mentioning that my dog wasn't doing good and they didn't seem to care. With my windows barely operating I tried to create as much shade. When they towed my vehicle to the Nissan dealership in NM, it was closed. Without the manger caring now I'm sleeping in my car somewhere on the street waiting for Nissan to open. With my my windows down, I woke up with a massive headache the next day feeling very dehydrated. My phone dead. I had to ask a sales associate at a random store, that I was stranded and I really needed help. If she can please charge my phone so I can contact someone. The lady there was kind and let me charge my phone I called my parents and wife letting them know that I don't feel well but I am safe. The tower where supposed to come when the Nissan dealership in New Mexico opens. Hours pass by again and it's starting to get very hot. With the money I had, I got a hotel.

    In respond to this complaint all cars are sold AS-IS and customer is given an option to purchase an extended warranty at time of purchase.  In addition customer has the right to get the car inspected by a 3rd party prior to the sale of the vehicle
