One star is too good for this organization. They are terrible. No real person to contact. Robots answer your email. Robots answer the phone. This is unacceptable for someone who controls your credit rating. No support if you have an issue. I will be escalating this up as far as I can take it.

Terrible! They do not allow you to cancel your subscription. No area on their website to cancel. They give you a run around on a bot call and do not allow you to cancel that way either. I have emailed and no response. I have been billed for 4 months now and still have not been able to cancel.

My Experian account was hacked. The email and recovery phone number was changed without an alert. I found out when I attempted to log into my account. I reported the issue and uploaded required documents to regain access to my account but this has not been resolved yet. However when I attempt to recover my account the ********************** is sent to the other email therefore they still have access to my personal information. After investigation this further I discovered the same incident has happened to many people and is not resolved! I have to hire an attorney

I Pay a fee monthly of 24.99 for Experian Service's. i called and, emailed, scanned my address. i disputed it to correct my right address. i have not being able to get a updated credit report. Outside of other credit report dispute i have sent police report on my file. they have none nothing. the breach is real i hope thay get sued to close her businesses down.

This place should be forced out of business. Everything about it is a scam!! Experian executed multiple HARD INQUIRIES on my credit file in 2024....every other day for 6 months straight!! They have ZERO customer service, the website doesn't work, nothing is free...it's all BAD! They violate the law and nothing gets done about it. I wonder how many thousands of people have been negatively affected by their shady business practices?!! Something needs to happen to stop them from continuing to destroy people's credit. They need to be punished to the fullest extent of the law!

This app is slow to update often times showing outdated reports . This app also continues to show medical debt without verifying if the debt is even legal like in my case over seven years old . Even after disputing and ***** new law banning it medical from reports they still update it and fail to remove it . I wonder how far does a dispute go? did they even verify the age of this debt its crazy any collection agency can just change the dates to there needs and destroy your credit

Didn't request upgraded account was charged and ask to cancel after nein charged 25 then was told was canceled yet they kept pulling money and couldn't refund me what a joke for credit company

I have talked to my bank and have changed my cards and have tried many times to reach these people at Experian to stop billing me for something that I canceled a long time ago over 6 months ago, it was not a subscription they keep taking money from my bank without permission. If I can I would like to file criminal charges against them. My bank has all the times I have tried to stop paying them.

Experian told me that my credit score was 37 points higher than what they told an lender. I wanted to obtain a free credit report that I am allowed and they required a credit card number and their website said I had to sign up for a $0 plan. Then I got a bill for $24.99 to be the first of many monthly bills! Luckily I caught it in time. Their website is very deceptive. I would ask to remove all of my PII, however, I am forced to deal with them since lenders do.
