I am filing a formal complaint against Experian and ********** for their failure to correct inaccurate late payments reported on my credit file. Despite my previous disputes, these inaccuracies remain on my credit report in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable consumer protection laws.Details of the Inaccurate Late Payments:Creditor Name: CAMPUS *** CREDIT UNION Account Number: *********** Dates of Late Payments in Dispute: Dec. 2022, Jan. 2023 to Feb. 2024, July 2024 to Current date Credit Bureau(s) Reporting the Errors: *********************************** 15 USC 1681e(b) Duty to Ensure Maximum Accuracy Credit reporting agencies must follow reasonable procedures to ensure the maximum possible accuracy of consumer reports. Continuing to report incorrect late payments violates this requirement.15 USC 1681i(a)(5)(A) Requirement to Delete Unverified Information If a credit bureau cannot verify a disputed item, it must be deleted from my report immediately. These late payments have not been verified, yet they remain.15 USC 1666b Proper Crediting of Payments If a payment was made on time but reported late due to a creditors processing issue, it cannot legally be reported as late. The continued reporting of these inaccuracies suggests improper handling of my payment history.12 CFR ******* Billing Dispute Protections If I previously disputed these late payments with the creditor and the dispute was not resolved correctly, then the reported late payments are invalid and must be removed.I requested a full transcript of the investigations conducted by Experian and ********** into my disputes. All three credit bureaus failed to provide these transcripts, in direct violation of 15 USC 1681i(a)(6)(B)(iii), which requires credit bureaus to inform the consumer of the reinvestigation procedures, including the business name, address, and telephone number of any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such information.Customer response

I have been trying to get this matter resolved with Experian, however I have not been successful. Experian has removed all addresses from my credit report including my current address that I have been living at for 15 years. Also my current accounts are not showing up , and also companies can't run my credit because there is no address attached. I disputed addresses that did not belong to me ,instead Experian removed my two accurate addresses. on 02/04/25 , I uploaded my DL and my bank statement with my current address of 15 years. I'm in the process of trying to get qualified for a mortgage and because of Experian this process has been drawn out. I'm prepared to take civil action against ExperianCustomer response
