I sent Experian a dispute letter because I noticed several inaccurate and incomplete information showing on my consumer reports. Experian did not respond within the 30-day that is allowed. 15 *** 1681i clearly states that before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or seller if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumer's file at a consumer reporting agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, the agency shall, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the status of the disputed information , or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph (5), before the end of 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. The **** is currently suing Experian for not properly investigating disputes and failing to remove or reinsert errors on reports. And according to the **** everything on the credit reports is supposed to be 100% accurate. I attached a *** report including evidence of Experian receiving my dispute letter and totally disregarding my dispute until I filed a **** reports. I will also attach a complaint supporting the fact that EXPERIAN are currently being sued by the **** for not properly investigation disputes and fails to remove or reinserts errors on reports. Exhibit A, B are the second dispute letter I sent to EXPERIAN through the **** portal with my complaint that was closed out leaving the inaccurate unverifiable accounts on my consumer reports. But yet suing for the same situation that i'm currently facing with all the laws they broke. 15 USC (e)(b), 15 USC 1681s-2, 15 USC 1681i (a)(1)(A) just to name a few.

Hello My name is ***** ****. I am requesting assistance from BBB and I authorizing the submission of this complaint.

Experian have been causing great harm to me and my family. Stopping me currently from getting a auto loan so I can have a decent car to go back and forth to work so I can take care of my kids! Experian is currently being sued for them not properly reinvestigating the consumers disputes such as myself. With your help I will like for Experian to promptly delete these accounts on my consumer reports. It has been well over 30 days that is allotted by law proves Experian cannot vaildate or verify these accounts. So anything other than deletions and correct updates will result in me seeking monetary damages for each inaccuracy that shows on these credit accounts

I have filed multiple disputes to Experian they have ignored each of them. I have no dealings, contracts, arrangements with the companies listed in my complaint that I have attached. I have contacted them individually and the cannot provide me with any proof of me opening an account, or any contracts that bears my wet signature. They have informed me that they cannot remove these accounts that are clearly fraudulent and to deal with the bureaus directly which I have and am attempting. Along with this complaint I have attached my ID and SSN Card. If no deletions happen with no follow *** from Experian I will file a complaint with the *** and take any further steps necessary to maintain my good name and credit. This might be nothing for a company of your magnitude but this is everything for me. I expect a quick resolutions to this. Thank you in advance.
