    After the preventative repairs, the washer flooded and continued to overflow into the laundry room. Approx 1-2 inches of water on floor. Multiple texts and calls to Paradise with 2 promises for supervisor to call me back. Now waiting 4 days with major flooding issue. I would not recommend Paradise to others and request Maytag to utilize alternative company.

    On 2-23-2022 a tech(******) was sent to repair my stove from paradise appliance through Amana. He was sent to fix the front burners of my stove. My stove was covered under warranty... the tech broke my stove and left it disassembled. When I reached out to the company they refused to send another tech to assemble my stove claiming I was the one who broke the stove. When I asked for information on the company the operator Candy refused to give me any information and refused me of speaking to a supervisor.

    We have looked into this matter with our Field Management team.  
    Upon reviewing the service history, we do show ************** did service your burners on 02/23.  ************** did contact the manufacturer engineering department to discuss his findings and make a safety report due to the unit catching fire inside.  During the conversation with Whirlpool engineers, broken gas lines in the front burner was found.  Whirlpool advised us this malfunction was caused by customer and gas needs to be turned off.  However, we do feel the technician should have reassembled the unit prior to leaving your home.  We do apologize about this and has been addressed with the staff.

    I see this issue was resolved by our Field Service Supervisor ******* on February 25th and was able to assess and reassemble the unit and provided his findings over to Techline which is the engineer department over at Whirlpool. Confirmation #**********
