    On 6/22/24 I had issues with my car not picking up speed and shaking while driving a major freeway. The same day I had an issues starting the car. When it finally started the engine light came on with a notice on my screen. Dealership replaced fuel injector. Stating that was the problem. Again, on 7/27/24 the same issues happened. Another fuel injector replaced by dealship. The car is 2 and half years old, under ****** miles. 2 of my fuel injector have been replaced. I do not feel safe for other drivers and myself driving the freeway with the hyundai santa ****. Due to the fuel injectors that randomly keeps giving out. They replace 1 at a time. I feel like hyundai is waiting for a big accident before they replaced all of them. There are multiple complaints that I have seen regarding this problem. They need to be investigated thoroughly, people's lives are in danger. I don't know much about vehicles, but if a car continues to stall, vibrate and stop at anytime it will cause an accident. On top of that, they are not working in good faith. ********************* does not know the meaning of customer service. He told me that he can probably squeeze me in at the end of the day because I do not have an appointment. I asked him who do I need to talk to regarding a rental car four times before he finally gave me information. Still did not tell me where I can get reimbursement. When I finally went thru my paperworks, I found out that I had purchased a platinum protection plan for $2995.00. This dealership basically push you to buy something you cannot use. It is a SCAM.

    I am an Arizona resident purchased a car in Escondido, Ca from Hyundai Escondido delaership. While signing paperwork at dealeship i was informed they will send paperwork to Arizona DMV for newly purchased car registration.Now my newly purchased car is in ******* state and i am unable to registered my car in ******* because dealership telling me they dont send any paper work outside state of **********. Not sure how i am going to registered my car in *******. Dealership charged me sales tax for ****************. The guidelines are you always pay sales tax for the state you are going to register the vehicle which is Arizona in this case.

    bad service ever they could not fix my car service rep ******* should be fired he has bad attitude bad customer service calls me in phone mad about why i left bad review online he is giving bad name to hyundai word of advice dont service your car there.

    A bunch of scammers. First red flag: No one tells you their names when buying a car. After telling the salesman I don't want their add-on security system and watching him remove it from my deal, I asked to negotiate the price. He said only the sales manager can do that. In comes a man, who I later find out is not the sales manager. After telling me they don't negotiate, not offering me their loan special, running my credit check twice by accident, and further discussions, we finalize the deal. I sit with the "finance guy," who is really a secret salesman. Going through the paperwork, he says "Sign here for YOUR warranty" and points to a line next to a higher priced monthly loan payment amount than what was told to me by the feaux sales manager. The finance guy was trying to trick me into an extended warranty. The next day, I noticed that the fake sales manager re-added the very expesive, overpriced security system on my deal without my knowledge.

    I took my **************** only for a 10 point check due to a coupon that I received in the mail. When I picked up the car, they charged me for a alignment. I guess the service guy placed it on my work order and I didnt see it when I signed. It was hides on the top line.Then I noticed paint missing on my door, which they werent going to tell me about. I complained to the manager and she didnt care enough to call me back.Picked up my car and now my car started having issues, the gears were not working. This was not happening before so I took it back. They charged me again to look at it because it was a new problem and then told me it was the transmission.I picked up my car after the 3rd visit and now my car doesnt run. On the first visit my car was not even having issues, it was only a ten point check and they ended breaking my driver mirror. They patched up the missing paint and it looks like a child did it. I believe that this place should be shutdown because they are scamming hard working people. They over filled my transmission fluid and I dont know how that happen since they are the only ones working on it. Ladies need to be careful of this unprofessional dealership in Escondido. I will never buy a Hyundai! The manager didnt seem to care and service people are rude.

    On March 26, 2022, I went to look at a Ioniq 5. I had been given a quote prior to traveling, to the dealership which is almost 40 miles away. We looked at the car and sat down with the salesman who I had communicated with initially. After a while he brought in his closer. The closer wanted to know if he needed to wear a mask. I asked if he was vaccinated, he stated "naturally", I replied yes! My ******** were both wearing masks. He grumbled that he would need to see if he could find one. He then showed me figures asking for more than 10k over MSRP and more than double the excess we had been quoted. I got up and left. I refuse to deal with a bait & switch outfit. BUYER BE ****! When I got home, I looked up Hyundai of Escondido on the BBB website; their rating is D-, I'm not surprised. I give the sales **** an F.
