    In 2021 I paid this business $550 to complete an almost already completed divorce. No custody issues, no joint assets. Just sign paperwork and submit.He strung me along for 3 years, blaming the court, making excuses. I finally went and did it myself and my divorce was finalized in 2 weeks time. I have asked for my money back and ****** has refused and stopped answering my correspondence at all.

    Hello,

    our office created and filed documents for ******************. Unfortunately the person who filed the divorce was his ex wife. We got the documents rejected due to some issues that ****************** wife did not disclose. Custody documents were an issue and needed to be obtained. We filed documents for ******************. We drove all the way to ******* multiple times and filed multiple documents. ****************** has been extremely rude and disrespectful. We stopped communications with him due to his threats and disrespectful attitude towards our staff. Attached are the screenshots of his text messages insulting us and threatening us.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    The only threats I made were to use perfectly valid and legal means of recourse against dishonest businesses. The screenshot he sent (which is pretty funny to me that he sent it, since it shows evidence I was able to do his job in two weeks, and he hasnt disputed its taken him more than three years) is a result of the outrage three years of being strung along by a dishonest person. I was patient with this guy for a long, long time. ***** also notice he stopped texting me back before I got rude, this is because I demanded my money back and he chose to stop responding. So it wasnt because I got rude, he just didnt want to refund me for a service that he didnt render. I have given this business every opportunity in the world to do right by me and he refuses, so yeah hes gonna get an attitude at the very least. Kindness and patience didnt work. Ill provide screenshots to show when he actually stopped texting, youll see how he got cagey when I asked for proof he actually did the work he said he did.

    I went into this business on August 16, 2023 to find a solution to an eviction case I've found out I had. I was able to speak to ************************* about this matter, he explained he was able to solve my case by the following week. I paid him $550.00 by debit card that same day, I'd have to contact him myself to get any updates but I haven't had anything resolved. Nothing was ever being worked on, I've traveled 12 hrs twice in a matter of a month thinking I had a court date set up as he would state, but the courts never had any records of my case having a court date. In September I started asking for my money back for the services that were not provided and ****** would just say he'll see why I haven't been able to have my court date and he'll send me links to set up my own court date? I've been having a hard time lately and havent been able to get in touch anymore, I have sent emails but still haven't heard back from ******. I still ask for my $550.00 back since no real service was provided. There has been no attempt to resolve this issue or any issue at all. I'd really just like to get a full refund back to my card as soon as possible.

    A motion has been filed with the court. I apologize for not getting back to her sooner but I had a family emergency and was not in the country. I will reach out to my client and fix the issue.

    On 10/23/2023, my father, ***********************, employed Elite Paralegal Service. The services to be provided included: filling out court documents in order to modify current orders in Child Support Court. An invoice was recorded and I, *******************************, paid $350, via Zelle, to Elite Paralegal Service for services listed above. After over 10 days, Elite Paralegal Service neglected to initiate, as well as complete, said services. At this point, Elite Paralegal Service requested to end all contracts/agreements with *********************** and stated that the $350 would be returned. After over 14 days, Elite Paralegal Services neglected to return the payment of $350. I placed a call to Elite Paralegal Service inquiring about the $350 payment which should have been returned. Elite Paralegal Service assured me that "because they are professional, the money will be sent to me today". Another 12 days have gone by and Elite Paralegal Service continues to neglect returning the $350 for services not rendered. My primary point of contact has been *******.

    I informed the clients daughter that I would refund through the credit card and that would take her bank a few days especially because it was during a holiday. The client never zelled anything. The work was done and I had a court hearing for her RUDE father but he refused to go to the hearing. I was nice enough to offer a refund eventhough he was extremely rude and we had performed our job. The daughter has not been rude at all and since she was the one who paid I agreed to refund her but she submitted a chargeback with her credit card so I stopped the refund or else she would receive two refunds. She has failed to contact us after she filed for the chargeback. 

    This person is not our client so I believe this complaint should be removed.

    Elite Paralegal Serice claims that I have submitted a 'charge back' through my credit card; this statement is false. 

    Elite Paralegal Service claims that I used a 'credit card' to submit payment; this statement is false. 

    Elite Paralegal Service claims that I have, 'not zelled anything'; please see attached document proving that I did, in fact, submit a payment of $350.00 to Elite Paralegal Service

    I employed Elite Paralegal Service to provide legal services, Elite Paralegal Service did not provide legal services. Elite Paralegal Service stated that my payment of $350.00 would be refunded to me. No such refund has been awarded to me as of yet.

    I hired elite in November 2021 to file for separation and to make a trust. The separation was filed and came back with a lot of errors needing correction and refill. His lack of communication and attention to detail has left my family in financial ruin with no child support wages being paid. In addition the trust is also lost and he is requesting me to go get it fixed by taking it to new notaries myself after already having it all done. He lacks communication, missed scheduled meetings and failed to deliver on the service requested. I’m requesting a full refund of $1750 as I need to personally chase down courts to ensure my paperwork is filed correctly and hire new professionals to help me get this mess cleansed up. This is my first complaint after many attempts to help resolve this matter with the business myself. Elite was hired nov 2 , 2021 and I still have not received my services

    I have filed an emergency hearing to get this heard infront of the judge. the court approved her docs. all docs have  been processed and I believed we had already came into an agreement that I have already fixed everything and she was going to dismiss this complaint. If needed I can provide documentation of filed docs that she was not charged for at all.
