I spoke with this company on the phone the end of April and explained to him what was needed. He quoted me a price and stated it would be treated as an emergency because the county had guardianship of my grandmother and had a court date scheduled as soon as he received payment he would begin the documents. He sent the invoice almost a week later, for even more than what was discussed, but I made the payment the day after I received the invoice. After multiple emails, phone calls, and false statements, nothing has been completed in my case and I am now unable to get any paperwork completed before the court date. I'm at risk of not being able to get conservatorship of my grandmother, and because I already paid this company, do not have the funds to hire another one. This company offered one excuse after another, gave the pretense of completing the work and obtaining court dates, sending letters, when in reality they never completed any of those tasks. There is now no contact back when I reach out regarding a refund for the monies paid or even a pretense of remorse on their side. I DO NOT recommend this company.

Anyone that write they had a good experience with them, must be friends with the person/people that works for this company. I started an eviction process with him in December of 2021, Not only did they lose my case, but Edward claimed to have opened a new case that was never really opened, he kept giving me false court dates, along with false information about my case causing me to drive to court when there wasn’t really any court. When asking for the case number, he had no number to give for the new case, he only had the number for the old case, and he lied and told me that each case have the same case number. Also, he don’t keep you updated on anything that’s going on with your case, I had to call him to find out what was going on. Whenever you call about your case all he says is I’ll call you back, which he never do. What he did was highly unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to them, they were a waste of time and money. If I get any response back on this complaint stating he called me and I refused to talk, that would be a lie also. I called Edward on numerous occasions, and he told one lie after the other. Instead of him telling me he didn’t start another case he stuck with the same lie for 8 months which allowed the tenants to live 8 more months for free. My issue could’ve been settled by another business if he would’ve been honest and told me he was not handling the case anymore.
