    Ordered custom set of nails in August. They changed me for $239 for the initial fee and then another $130 for upgraded scenery and they never send me my nails. It has been 4 months ! I have reached out to them numerous times and they will not provide me any updates . This company is a scam and will never deliver my order.

    I placed an order on 02/24/2022 for a custom set of nails of Thranduil from the Hobbit, that required me to get a portrait upgrade PLUS a complex scenery upgrade, which brought my total to over $500. I've contacted them multiple times for an update through chat and email. They answered the first 2 times and even sent me a free set of basic nails for the inconvenience which I appreciate, but that was a year ago and any further messages have gone ignored. It's been over 2 years since I placed the order, with no current updates or responses to my chat messages or emails. At this point, I would like a refund since I'm not going to receive my nails. I'm in the process of moving and haven't been able to update my address because they don't respond. I'm super disappointed that they post so much on social media, and that I trusted in the integrity of their business enough to drop that kind of money on a set of press-ons.

    They took a month in a half to ship my product. I reached after 30 days to cancel the order and they said no because the had a no refund policy. The merchandise rule which had been defined by the federal government stated a seller must state how long for a product to arrive. If not stated it should arrive within 30 days. If they cannot meet the 30 day deadline they must inform you and offer a refund. They did not ***** me this right I am entitled to. They also did not notify me of the delay, I had to reach out. They conduct business entirely unethical and only apply their policies without upholding their legal obligation as the seller.

    I placed an order 6/14/2023 for custom nails for $267.05 total. I sent in the nail sizing kit on 6/21/2023. I reached out 8/18/2023 for an update. 8/22/2023 I received a message saying they were in-progress. 2/22/2024 they posted a video of someones order with the same custom design I ordered, but they were not my nails. I keep trying to reach out and no updates.

    On November 16, 2023, I ordered 5 sets of nails. Order number G12914. On November 27, 2023 I paid $25.00, Order G13054, to have my order expedited. I received my order on time. However, 4 out of the 5 sets are not what I ordered. The only set that came in correct was the Crimson Rose. I have sent emails starting on December 14, 2023, explaining what happened. I attached pictures of what I ordered versus what I received, and I wanted the nails I ordered and paid for. I have received no response on the email I sent. I went to the website, and used their messaging option. I did the same on the messaging as I did in the email. I have sent several messages with no response. I went to Tik Tok, and sent a message there. I have received no reply. All I want is the correct nails I ordered. Attached is a picture of what I ordered, and pictures of what I received.

    I initially purchased some custom nails from them in late July, and spent about $269 not including tax them to be sent to me, the first time I checked in was inSeptember 13th I mentioned that I needed the nails by October 20th and they stated that they could get those to me by then and then they asked me to pay an additional $150 for expedited delivery and I declined, I reached out again in October 18th and the same thing happened again, they told me that they were behind and if I wanted to get my nails soon they would have to spend another $150. I wrote a customer review on their social media a few days ago, I stated that it has almost been 6 months and I havent gotten my item letting other customers know that they have not been honest about their timeline and that they are trying to force others pay almost double to get what they already paid for, they blocked me. I would like what I ordered at this time. They did not advertise almost a half of a year wait.

    I ordered a custom set of nails on January 28, 2022. I only received a sizing kit from this company but never received the product I payed for. I payed $260.53 for this set. *** reached out several time and the answer is always the same. That they are working on the nails. I asked for refund since its been so long that Ive placed this order and they said they dont give refunds even though they never provided the product I payed for.

    I placed an order #D1837 (and/or) #P8713 for a custom set of nails from Pamper Nail Gallery on May 17, 2022, for $ ****** USD. As of today, it has been 378 days since the order, they have repeatedly lied about the order's actual ******* ********* refusing a refund. They are stealing people's ************* CEO, ******************** continues to advertise their business on various social media platforms with no mention of delays.-May 22, I worked with the **** ******* to place the ************ sent me the first sizing kit for the Short almond nails. I requested an Extra Short almond nail sizing kit on May 31, received that kit Jun 2, & mailed it back. -Sept 22, I requested an update & was told it was "in progress". The **** ********* asked if there was a date I needed it by. If so, they would determine if any expedited fees were needed. -Nov 22, ******** stated they'll ask the artist for an update & offered me a free Basic Set of nails to thank me for my patience. I accepted the offered & received the set valued at $59 (Order: N10292). -Jan 2023, I requested a refund & told them I thought a custom nail order would take 2-3 months. ******** responded with the refund policy no refunds after 24 hours of initial ********* ********* sets are final sale. She stated they're still waiting for a date completion & the order is expected to be completed in Feb. -Apr 23, a **** ******* responded with the refund policy & stated my order was wrapping up to ship the second week of May. -May 23, I didn't receive any shipping info, re-requested a refund, & told them I'd be filing a report with the BBB as I consider what they are doing as fraud. They responded with a story about sick team members causing order delays, & another offer for a free set of nails. They stated my order was upgraded to include the complex scenery & the set is now projected to ship out in mid-June. I'd like a full refund of $****** for the custom set & the $5.00 for the sizing kit reorder.

    I made the purchase on October 5th 2022. I used afterpay, my last payment was November 16. Since then I had been contacting the merchant to see the order status and I was twice told they will have it ready the next month. It is being 6 months and I just want mo menu back.

    Purchased an item in November of 2022. Was also charged additional fees for the same item in December 2022. As nearing the end of February of 2023 have not received item. Due to stress and a move to overseas, going nomadic, I forgot about the item until I saw the sizing kit during packing. I immediately email them to see if I could be refunded. They told me no refunds after 24hours. They wanted to know if I could ship to someone else and that isn't an option. There solution was if I ever come back in the country I could get my nails. My problem with this is it has already been too long and there is a chance I will never return.
