I saw nails made by Pamper Nail Gallery on social media. In the post was a "custom" set of the Virgin ****. I went to their website, which looked legit. The only way to reach out to ask for a custom set was through their chat bot on the website. I left my email and name and the same day (Aug 16, 2024) a *** emailed me. I provided example photos and descriptions of what I wanted, was quoted only a price- no exact time frame except "maybe a month or two"- and sent a sizing kit. I paid for the purchase through afterpay. The sizing kit i received about a week later, and returned the info (Aug 26). I ordered the nails for my wedding Oct 27, 2024. On Oct 13, I went to the website's chat bot to ask for an *** on my order (I couldn't find any other way to contact them). I left my name and email but received no response. On Oct 15, I asked the chat bot again. The browser maintained the previous conversations, thankfully, so i copied and pasted the same message. I received no response. I did the same process on Oct 16. I also emailed the only email I could find from them (info @ ************************). I received no response. I disputed the charge through afterpay Oct 25 and THEN I got a text message. Said my order was processing, would take two weeks. My wedding was in TWO DAYS! I asked to cancel the order, they said they couldn't with an open dispute. I closed the dispute and demanded them to cancel the order and refund my money. Nov 7 I asked again if the order was canceled and for them to refund my money. They said they needed proof of the dispute being closed. I took a tiny screenshot of the "proof" and again demanded to be refunded or else I'll open another dispute for refusing to cancel the order. Nov 8 they finally issued a full refund. They held onto my $300 for almost 3 months, and had to be threatened with litigation to refund me. This company is a ****! I ended up going to a local nail salon for my wedding nails and they came out incredible AND cost half the price

Ordered 9/16/23. Its 10/20/23 and I still havent received my order. I wanted the nails for an event 10/28/23. I called 3 times. No one ever answered the phone. I emailed and texted no filed a dispute to get a refund. This company cant take your money for no exchange no communication. That they are doing is criminal.

Theft. I placed an order in May 2022. It is now Aug 2023. My original order was charged for upgrades and I have spent over $500. Months go by and I contacted the company. I was informed there were not enough employees to complete my order, but rest assured I would get my order as soon as possible. A free set was sent to me and then no communication. Few more month and still nothing. Contacted my credit card company to dispute, that triggered contact from pamper mail company. I thought since we had communication again Ill cancel dispute. Now Im told they cannot finish or send my order until the bank settles this. I cancelled the dispute *************, actually within a few hours, there shouldnt be a bank issue. I am still waiting for a resolution. I may have to dispute again and never deal with this company ever again. Buyers beware!

Do NOT buy anything from this company. They are conning people by not delivering goods and then keeping you on the hook waiting for them with their no refunds after 24 hrs. I purchased a set of custom nails in May 2022 and it is now almost Apr 2023. Its gotten to the point where they have stopped responding to my email requests for updates and a refund.

I ordered my nails in May. After many threats of calling and having them reported I finally received my nails in October. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with what I got. I asked for a refund several times. I was promised a new set asap. It's almost the new year in a few days. Still nothing. This place is full of c*** and doesn't care about customers at all. All they care about is money. I was promised that the owner her self would be doing my nails. And it would be on video. That never happened. I wish I could go the store myself and have a few choice words with them but I can't

Over 2 years ago I ordered a press on nail set for *****. They contacted me last night for the first time after 2 years and said I could get a replacement set or a refund. I asked for a refund and they have been ignoring me ever since!!!

I ordered a custom set of nails in February and it is now almost June and have yet to see the finished product. While they have a strong presence on social media and the talent and effort and time that goes into them is undeniable, the total lack of respect and poor customer service is unacceptable.To deny a refund past 24 hours is absurd. While your time and money is precious, so is that of your customers.

Pamper nail gallery is run by a women owned company who is ignorant and unprofessional. With their lack of knowledge, they do not seem to know how to run their own business accordingly. Company is filled with employees cursing at each other daily. I have to say that this is one of the most toxic environment I have ever been in.

I never really get myself again nice or expensive but I kept seeing these girls do beautiful work on tik-tok so I decided to spoil myself and I order a set of nails around February 20th and paid for fast 3 day shipping, I messaged letting them know again what I wanted and I didnt hear back from them till 8 days later once the nails had been shipped, I received a notification with my shipping number on February 24 it is now March 5 and I still have not received anything. If I knew that the fast shipping wasnt going to do anything I would have saved the extra money and just waited a week like I have been doing.
