    On 3/182022 **** W ******* Ave, Hemet, CA ***** went in for my eyelash extensions, the first application was perfect. I went back in two weeks for a fill and this is where things went left. I went to the same lady (*****) she didn't use the same size lashes as I asked, she was completely unprofessional. She was to busy applying her makeup so I had to wait on the table. She then over charged me and used the excuse to many lashes were missing ( they were not). When I complained to the owner she did nothing to rectify the problem. I wouldn't not recommend ever going to them for any services. They are rude and talk about the costumers in their language. I had my translator on the entire time. They are an unprofessional rip off

    Hi ******* De La *****. My name is *** ****** I am one of the mangers at Milano Nails Spa. I see that the customers made a complaint about one of our Lash Technicians. We understand the customers issue and do tried our best to provide the best service to our customers. I have talked to the Lash Technician about this issues and she told me the customer had made an appointment with *****h at this time etc, the customer didn’t come to the appointment on time. The Lash Technician (*****h) had a few mins free time so she did her makeup for event she’s going. The customer finally came in to the shop the Lash Technician (*****h) asked for permission if she can finish her makeup, and the customer said it was alright. When the service was done the customer asked the Lash Technician (*****h)  is this the same size from the first lash set. Our lash product are always the same we do not change our lash product brand. We do offer our customer a 2 day fix policy. If the customer isn’t happy with their service we are more than happy to get that fix. This complaint was made on 3/26/2022 the customer had time to come in and get their lashes fix from a different Lash Technician.

    I understand where you’re coming from. Our policy we do not give out refunds to customers, but because of this situation I can only give you 50% what you paid for during the service. That’s the only option I have for you at this point, and once you agree to the 50% refund in further services we will not provide anymore business with you anymore.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I already explained I had no intention of ever returning to your establishment for the unprofessional atmosphere. I had to have the extensions removed because they where absolutely horrible and on my face. I have to work and didn’t have time for the inconvenience that I had to experience. I wasn’t considered at all in this situation so your of 50%  of MY money that was wasted on your service is completely unacceptable. I would like my full ninety dollars. As far as doing buisness with you it’s not my intention. I would hate to have to further pursue this situation with any other institutes or legal action. I’m doing a kindness only involving the better buisness bureau.
