Had a manicure & full setWent back for a fill and waited for **** to show up for my appt. When he did not arrive the guy who greets customers offered to take my request for a fill. Went home and realized he filled my nails and attached my cuticles. I called and they said come back to fix it. When he saw my nails he got the dremel and started on my middle finger. Then said I needed a manicure. He actually cut a piece of my cuticle and smeared it on my hand. He acted like I did something wrong and needed to pay more money to fix his crappy work. I asked what the $45 includes when getting a fill and why wouldnt the price of the manicure be included or be adjusted to include this service. I would rather pay $60 and be on my way for 2 weeks then $45 and have ****** busted cuticles growing out with my nails. The guy was a total jerk and I would not recommend this nail salon if you want good service or quality nails because these people are rude scammers and are way out of line. Horrible customer service. Very sloppy job on my little sisters manicure and pedicure. Heavy set man did her nails and toes and he is very rude and confrontational. He decided to put white polish under the color that she wanted but then proceeded to not even cover the white up with the actual color she asked for. Then he didn't even clean off the previous color she had you could still see some black underneath. They blamed it on the fact that I didn't get gel polish. I mean what did they do prior to gel being this big thing. My other sister got her nails and toes done and hers look fine no gel. I feel like they purposely do a bad job when you tell them no gel. Do not recommend. Horrible customer service. Heavy set man seems to have this problem I've been in there before and he was having an issue with a customer regarding her nails and toes when she didn't get gel. I had to take my sister back because they just looked so horrible and I paid the 10 dollar difference for the gel just so she could have nails that would look better. I was talking to the manager of the establishment and the guy proceeded to come up and very condescending asked me if I wanted it for free. Almost in a mocking way. Don't go here.Review from Sherri S

They don’t really show a price list except the banner out front, definitely deceiving as well as the one on their website. I was flashed a price list very quickly before my pedicure (the least expensive one being $25.00) I DID NOT APPROVE OR ASK FOR ANY EXTRA SERVICES, whatever I received he must have taken it on his own. I’ve never spent $90.00 for a gel fill and pedicure! I was foolish to tip $20.00 on top of that, I didn’t want to cause any humiliation. They texted a receipt. I texted back to the same number to give them the opportunity to correct the overcharge or would give a bad review.
