***************** that works very hard to drain your funds and hijack your property tax account to do so. They have run 3 unauthorized hard inquiries in a month. I FOUGHT THEM IN 2020 when they changed my property tax billing address to their own unauthorized. They are out to get everything they can any way they can. LOOK out and freeze your credit bureau and property tax accounts. Check for Liens too

Submitted incorrect information to our credit union that we had delinquent property taxes for two years. This caused me to spend time getting proof everything was paid to prove them wrong. They are on the business of providing information so it should be correct.

CoreLogic is a scam, I have had calls from a "*****" and did receive correspondence from the company indicating I owed $3,500.00 in tax money they erroneously paid on behalf of the builder. This is a pre-mediated act to collect from a disabled senior, its harassment and if they paid the county, shouldn't they be contacting the county for the overpayment? My next step is with the state tax commissioner.

I have been calling every other week to get an overpayment issue resolved and am 100% convinced they would do absolutely nothing at all unless I call. Even still, it has been 5 months and I along with others involved in the group check returned from JoCo, ** have yet to receive my refund. They have a horrible phone system and talking to a person with actually authority is prohibited. Id seriously consider changing my lender if they utilize CoreLogic to manage their property tax / escrow accounts.

Like others, I received a letter from Corelogic on Feb 20th, 2024 saying they had paid my property taxes in error and wanted me to send them the money back in the amount of $1315. The letter looks pretty legitimate with my correct address, property ID and property tax dollar amount. So I called the ************************* and as I suspected, they verified that they had not received any extra payment from Corelogic. If you receive one of these letters DO NOT PAY THEM. THIS IS A SCAM!!! Just call your local county treasurer and they can easily verify for you.

As mentioned by another person, CoreLogic sent me a letter on 02/02/24 claiming they had inadvertently paid $1256.56 tax bill and claimed my lender also paid the tax bill, which resulted in an overpayment that was credited to my escrow account. They requested immediate reimbursement and even provided a wealth of documentation. However, their documentation was conflicting. They provided the tax bill from the year I bought my house (2021 - $1256.56) and a copy of a "check" showing they paid $1256.56 on 03/03/2023, but had blacked out the Payee on the check. This was an obvious scam because 1. My lender directly pays my taxes and does not use a 3rd party 2. My taxes went up DRASTICALLY in 2022 so what they claimed to have "paid" in 2023 was a small fraction of my actual bill. 3. My tax bill is always paid in October - not March 4. Why would they reach out almost 1 year after they claim to have paid this tax? I will be reporting this company to the *** as well as the **** This is 100% fraud and thank goodness I am smart enough not to fall for the scam.

Corelogic Tax Services **************** sent me a letter claiming they inadvertently paid my property tax bill and requested an immediate payment of over $4500. They provided a website link and an envelope to make the payment and even included my public record tax bill. I called my mortgage company and verified they do not use Corelogic and that payment was made through their vendor to the county tax collector. I then called the tax collector and verified they had only received one payment from my escrow account and not a payment from Corelogic. They hand pulled the receipt to verify. Next I contacted Corelogic who insisted they made the payment. They told me they were able to see from the public record that Corelogic made the payment. That's false, that information is not available online or through public record. The Corelogic Recovery rep finally agreed to contact the tax collector. Eventually, Corelogic confirmed I was correct and to disregard the letter asking for payment. My issue is, had I not done my own research, Corelogic would have likely come after me for reimbursement. I wonder how many elderly homeowners may not have the ability to navigate this very confusing process. This wasted about two hours of my time and all for a mistake on their end. This type of behavior from a large company is borderline criminal. How many mistakes does a company make if they need an entire department dedicated to recovering inadvertent payments??? Do your own research if you ever receive something from Corelogic!

Worst property valuation AVM that could ever exist. They valued home at 434k when it appraised for 790k and all other AI models showed *******k range. They blame inaccurate county records, which proved not to be true, a lack of comps, also not true. Comps by same builder, built within the same year of similar but ******* sq ft smaller homes sold between 6 months and 6 days out sold for HIGHER than they valued my home, which again is much larger but same design/model/builder with all the same finishes. Did I mention my home was on an acre and the others were zero lot lines and in the SAME NEIGHBORHOOD? These guys sell a product to thousands that is beyond horrible. It should be terminated.

I just wanted to get a quick inquiry on refinancing my home. I never said I would use their company and I never asked for a loan. They have now been doing hard inquiries on my credit report
