The company was very good previously on everything but recently I had an issue and very much annoyed indeed. I was on auto debit with no issue at all for over 5 years already. They recently changed to a third party vendor without notifying us the removal of auto debit and no automatial transfer to the new system and I was only aware of that until I had a new bill showing I was late on payment, I called in and left message also emailed accounting and company email address on website, no response at all. The new system does not have an option to setup auto payment, no one is ever responding from the accounting and even e check will be assessed a convenience fee, this is not much but very unpleasant especially when previous system was working perfect. Today I called again and told me to contact Freshworks directly. Another PERFECT experience, I was on hold (no one pickup ever) for a very very long time and still no one is answering. I am not sure if I could love this hoa management again. Good memories are gone.

Firstly, we want to express our sincere appreciation for your business and underscore how much Vintage Group values and respects our client relationships. We wanted to take a moment to address recent concerns regarding the new portal service, FrontSteps, and its associated fees for processing ACH payments.

Above all, the decision to transition to FrontSteps was driven by our commitment to enhancing the security of your banking information. In light of increasing cybersecurity threats affecting millions globally, we made the proactive choice to discontinue storing homeowners' banking details within our systems. Instead, FrontSteps offers advanced encryption capabilities that ensure your sensitive information remains secure.

We understand that the introduction of fees for ACH payments has caused frustration among some homeowners and *****s.Homeowners still have fee-free alternatives such as bill pay through their bank or mailing payments directly to the association's lockbox.

We provided notice to our members 60 & 30 days prior to the updated system.

The decision to upgrade to Frontsteps was made by Vintage Group and not your community's ***** of ********** We hope to continue earning your support and trust as we strive to provide you with the best experience.

Thank you for your continued support as we work to enhance our services and security standards for the entire community.

Again, my apologies for the frustration this caused, we value your community and would not want to jeopardize our relationship.

This company consistently abdicates its fiduciary responsibility as an HOA, and is clearly subservient and beholden to the developer/builder, rather than the homeowners. Basic common area management and upkeep are neglected and failed to be addressed even 6-9 months after they are raised at board meetings, and many homeowners by email and phone, over and over without remedy. They pay vendors and contractors a lot of money without any accountability or quality control. Neglected and unfinished landscaping, allowing trespassers/homeless encampments to live on the property, and no pest abatement action for known vermin infestations. Pool frequently in disrepair, damaged or missing communal furniture not fixed or replaced. And those are just a sampling of many issues.Deflect, placate, excuses, pass the buck with PR emails. ***** and repeat, all while spending homeowners funds, without accountability, claiming theres no money left, then kicking funds back to the builder.

Our company works at the direction of the ***** of ********* for the Association. We are not a law enforcement agency.  Any issues should be brought to the ***** in writing or at a ***** Meeting.  Disparaging and false allegations of our company is not appropriate.  Please send your issues in writing to the manager to provide to the ***** for their meeting and indicate what community you are referring to. Thank you.

We were recently in contact with the *** management representative regarding a concern about smoking and the odors entering our home from another home. We have very young children so this was a big concern for us - especially because we remember there was a clause in our bylaws about it. We presented this to the representative on 1/20/24 via email. Followed up again, and by the third time following up today on 2/1/24 - still no reply. We contacted Vintage Group via their website and no reply from them either. The worst part is probably that this same Vintage Group representative emailed our *** with other email updates knowing that we were awaiting her reply. The representative did not provide an acknowledgment of receiving the email either.

We have responded to the resident and owner regarding their concern on three (3) occasions.  Perhaps it is in their email spam folder, this is why it is also important to call someone before posting a negative comment.  We have copies of all correspondence sent. Our manager has also reached out by phone on two different phone numbers, one which will not take any further messages.

The Board is reviewing the Rules and Regulations as it relates to the issue.

We pride ourselves on responsiveness and take this very seriously.

Vintage Group Property Manager ********************* at **************************, has deliberately and intentionally withheld Documents that he and HOA BOD's were ORDERED by the Fire Chief to distribute to ALL RESIDENTS in which I was specifically named to receive. This important information is labeled "HIGH IMPORTANCE - Life Safety Inspections. This documentation that I have in my possession, the Fire Chief made it very clear "The ***** is responsible to communicate with the residents". The Fire Chief was ensured that the information would be distributed accordingly. The Fire Chief encouraged them to be very robust with the communication with ALL RESIDENTS.As of today, **** has deliberately Neglected and REFUSED to inform or distribute the information in my possession to residents or myself.**** has NO right to withhold and suppress this information from residents. Especially when it can jeopardize the safety and well being of the elderly and handicap that reside in the community.I have written documentation from City Officials confirming any work performed in SCE Pedestals, is required to have a permit pulled before performing any work inside the pedestal and be inspected. I have photographs of Vintage Group maintenance staff performing work inside of SCE pedestals and confirmation that NO permits were pulled.I have looked into selling my property because of the unsafe conditions that exist. I have been advised in writing from a *********** Broker that if I sell my property, I must disclose all conditions that I know exist especially unsafe life threatening conditions. This is NOT a situation to be taken lightly and *****************, owner of Vintage Group should be very concerned considering this involves her employees in the event of any injury, death or loss of property due to the hazardous conditions that exist and **** NOT disclosing the entire situation to all residents.
