I Purchased motorized shades for my home five years and two months ago. Motor stopped working on my one shade. Waited over an hour on the phone to speak with a technician and was told I was out of the warranty period by two months. I was told they could send out a technician for $89.00 but if the motor was broken they would not service it because they dont have parts. They told me it would be cheaper to get new shades from them.3 Day Blinds Response

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I paid a deposit for $1,856.42 on 11/14/24. I immediately cancelled the order after two days (within their cancellation policy) because of the amount of negative reviews I read and just not having a good feeling about it. They acknowledged that they received the deposit and will be successfully cancelled and refunded within ***** business days. On 12/10/24, they debited an additional $1,783.61 from my account for a service/product I never received. Let's not forget, I never received the $1,856.42 from 11/14/24. So I am now out $3,640.03 for a product/service I never received.I spoke to two different resolution specialists on December 9th who both assured me the refund is pending and should be reflected in my account within ***** business days. I patiently waited, I followed up with several emails over the course of several weeks, was given several false promises and even several lies, saying the refund was successfully processed on 1/3/25 on their end and should be reflected on my end by 1/6/25. It was not. I was never even submitted for approval to accounting. It is now 1/14/25, still missing $1,856.42 for a product/service I never received. I spoke with a different resolution specialist today who assured me she is submitting for approval of my refund today, but truthfully, after the 15 email correspondences and several hours spent on the phone attempting to resolve this, I have lost all hope for this company and plan to take legal action as well as warn other customers about how this company handles their affairs. Appalled is an understatement, and after reading these reviews, I blame myself for not checking here ahead of time.3 Day Blinds Response

We have used them before at our old home and had no problems. We moved to our new home 4/2024 and had blinds put in all our rooms, the blinds have gaps in them, and the cords started to shorten so they added rods and wanted to charge me, and they measured my bedroom window s wrong and had to redo. We paid to much money for gaps to be happening and will never use them again. They said it was my fault.3 Day Blinds Response

Buyer beware. Horrible experience. Hold onto your credit cardThey doubled charged my credit card for the balance that was due before the installation. ( almost ***** over payment to them) When they were made aware of it, they were rude and unhelpful to deal with, and after badgering them via calls and emails they finally said they would credit the duplicate charge back to my credit card. That was in November and i still have not gotten a response nor a credit back. Just awful, and talk about a time **** trying to resolve this ******, the designer, was great, too bad she works for such a TERRIBLE company who are dishonest and have absolutely no customer service. We have had nothing but c*** quality product from this company with their solar powered motorized blinds. They **** at communicating with clients and they never answer their phone, it is always leave a message and if we hear back from them its weeks later. The company they use to install their blinds (PinRod) also ***** with their quality of work. I am soooooo fed up with both these companies. It has been four trips out to fix/replace one solar powered blind and now the other one has stopped working and now I have to deal with a ridiculous amount of phones calls to get ****** out here to now replace the other motorized blinds. Save yourself the trouble and find a different company to have blinds installed.3 Day Blinds Response

Two weeks ago I had product delivered to my home and the installer showed. The product came bent the headrail from my blinds. Ever since then I have had to call to ask how long it will take if they can make it a priority and they couldnt do or guarantee anything. Just absolutely terrible customer service if I knew it was gonna be like this I for sure wouldve never ever done business with them. If youre looking for custom blinds do not I repeat. Do not use this company. Just absolutely terrible about getting back to customers problems I wish I could get the CEOs phone number and Id give him holy h*** , do not purchase anything from this company ever ??3 Day Blinds Response

This has been the worst experience as a consumer I have ever had. Everything started fine with the salesman and ordering. Once the measurements were taken I was told it would be approximately 2 weeks to actually have the blinds installed. Fast forward 2 months, I get an email saying my blinds are delayed a month. I wait the month, send an email looking for an updated timeline and was given a specific date a couple weeks later. That day comes and goes and I heard nothing from the company. I reach out again and the customer service *** informed me that my order was approved but never put through processing so it will be another 2 weeks. At this point, I was very frustrated and they did reimburse me some money back. However, the install date was pushed back another 2 weeks. Also, they did not reimburse my money right away when they said they did, that took another email to get straightened out. FINALLY, 4 months later, the install was scheduled. They came, installed 1 of 2 blinds and told me there was a measurement/cutting problem and the 2nd blind would not fit, it needed to be cut down. The guy installing the blinds told me they just have to cut it down at the shop and could come back later that night. I get another phone call from the installation company to reschedule the blind to be installed 8 days later. That was unacceptable and they gave me every excuse in the book to not come back later that day to finish the job. They expected me to move my entire schedule around to fit their needs. The next day they came back to finish the installation. I thought everything was fine after that and I no longer need to deal with this terrible company.....until the handle on the blind broke the very next day. I will never use this company again and wish I would have gotten a larger reimbursement for their s*** product, that costs a lot of money, which breaks within 1 use.3 Day Blinds Response

Only after 4 months, cord came loose. I called for repair and was told by repairman the headrall was broken and a replacement would need to be ordered. When the next repairman came we noticed this new headrail was different. It had a wand versus a pulley cord, which I specifically ordered and bought at time of purchase. I agreed to have the wand headrail put in on a temp basis, until a corrected one could be ordered. Then, I am told they no longer use the pulley cord and all they have to do is fix it with something similar. Basically, too bad if I am happy with this replacement or not. This was not explained at time if purchase and what their life time warranty is all about. Their customer service is horrible! I had hoped to buy more blinds from them (one room at a time) but now I know how they operate. Customers be ware! Do not use **********************! Once you order, have them installed and pay, they do not care to please you as a customer any more!!3 Day Blinds Response

They left blinds here that do not fit because their *** did not measure correctly. I cannot receive a phone call on exactly what they will do. Meanwhile I'm stuck with blinds that will not fit and stuck underneath table. I want my money back. Unfortunately I paid in advance to get a discount.3 Day Blinds Response

Terrible company on several ********* give zero or negative stars if I could. In 2018, I bought room darkening blinds for two bedrooms from 3 Day Blinds, which came with a "lifetime warranty." The initial experience was great, so I later purchased blinds for two more bedrooms. I noticed the second set was made differently but thought it was just an updated version.Last year, one of the original blinds broke, prompting me to call for a ***air or ***lacement. After some confusion locating my records, I paid for an inspection. They initially ordered the wrong parts, but eventually, the ***air was completed correctly. The technician installed a new blind similar to the second purchase and indicated that the first set was of poor quality and often required ***airs.Almost a year later, the other blinds had the same issue: the trigger button cracked, preventing operation, and other shades showed signs of damage. I called customer service again, scheduled another inspection, and paid for the technician's visit. The same technician confirmed the problems and noted that the brackets were improperly installed and bent. He adjusted them and promised to submit everything for review, suggesting that all remaining blinds in that room should be ***laced.Weeks passed without updates. When I followed up, I learned my claim had been denied. I was told a voicemail had been left, which I never received. The customer service *** informed me that the ********************** were no longer manufactured due to the company going out of business. She escalated my warranty request to two supervisors, but both denials were final. I wasnt able to speak with them or explore other avenues for restitution.This experience has been disappointing, and I feel misled by the warranty. A company that sells a product with a warranty should honor it, even if the product is no longer available. I will share my experience and how 3 Day Blinds conducts business.3 Day Blinds Response
