This business illegally rows vehicles with zero knowledge. Also damages and denies the damages. Their practices are sneaky you can read the hundreds of comments from hundreds of different people on how big of a scam this place is and all the wrong things they do. They tried to tow my car today. Claimed they were asked to tow the car by the president of the complex. I know the president personally and had them address the tow company with proof that they were never notified to legally tow this vehicle. They lied and tried to pass it off but knew they were clearly wrong once I actually brought the president out that they claimed they spoke to. Called law enforcement as well and suddenly they stopped. Cowards honestly so many reviews via Google and yell w same if not worse experiences. I even here a driver illegally ******'s a gun in his vehicle and has pulled it out.

This business seems to be involved in a SCAM. They are charging $430! dollars per vehicle they tow. My vehicle was NOT EVEN held for 5MINUTES. There is a security guard that calls the minute a vehicle is parked illegally. It seems like PREDATORY TOWING.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/17) */ Contact Name and Title: *** ********* OP mngr Contact Phone: XXX XXX XXXX Contact Email: ********************* We have no way of looking up her vehicle or invoice since no information has been given. She did admit to being parked illegally for which is why she was towed away at the request of the security company on the premises as she also stated. We are legally called out to do a job which she obviously did not like but this does not make it predatory towing!!! It was a legally towed away vehicle and charges incurred which she was responsible for. As for an explanation of charges, Time is counted from port to port which is truck leaving base going to location hooking up vehicle add extra equipment and safety chains, and take vehicle back to base un hook remove all equipment and chains and store vehicle and log in. This is over the hours work for a driver and a truck not at all 5 minutes!!! All above was done which minimum 1 hour charge 1 day automatic storage, added equipment and added $85.00 gate fee which I assume was added due to the cost adding up to $430.00 Gate fee is an added weekend rate to release the vehicle on weekends and legal holidays. Her receipt should reflect all the itemized charges which are mandated and regulated by the California Highway Patrol, other towing companies are actually higher than what we are charging. No refund will be given since this was a legal and 3rd party request to tow away and a signed authorization was given by actual property owner and on duty security company that was on premises at the time of tow. All legal CA vehicle code requirements that pertains to private property impounds were followed. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/03/23) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) There are NUMEROUS complaints against this company. And all complaints have a similar story. It is an outrage that they are coming up with fees that totaled $430 dollars. I witnessed the way they were swarming in the area where vehicles were being towed. They were like vultures. In other words, PREDATORY TOWING. In addition, vehicles were being towed utilizing inappropriate measurements. My vehicle has never been towed with chains!! Always on a FLAT BED. I followed them from the moment it was picked up. It was 15MINUTES. And 5 MINUTES to release it.
