            I was sent an email about a promotion they were offering for a sale. I made the purchase and the item showed delivered to my address on July 8th. I waited until today July 10th to reach out to them since I have not received it and my apartment office did not see it come in. The company said I had taken advantage of a promotion that was not for me and refunded the money. When I inquired why in received an email I wasnt eligible for, they told me I should become familiar with their terms and conditions. There isnt any terms on the email. Just the promotion. Why should I have to read a bunch of legal bs from their website to see if Im eligible for a promotion they sent me to take advantage of

            Payed for 2 day shipping and didnt receive my package until 3 weeks later! I reached out to merchant and they promised to refund me for the shipping but that still hasnt happened. Also, never was updated as to why my order was delayed and when I could expect it. Would like a full refund for distress and lack of professionalism from this company.Order #******.

            Hello,

             

            We received 1 email from *******, but we did not receive a follow up after our representative asked him if he would prefer a refund or a cancellation. His order was processed on 9/17, and delivered successfully on 9/29. This order didn't take 3 weeks, but some delays can occur while in transit that we have no control over. We have since refunded his shipping.

            I was completely unsatisfied with the service I received from this business and very upset that it took well over a month to get a response. I will no longer be purchasing from this company nor will I ever recommend others to do so. The refund they initiated was only partial and I prefer and am asking for a full refund for the stress, negligence, and poor communication Ive received from them.
