Products were not as advertised. When I called I got the run around about a refund. Then the ***** hung up on me. I called back and was immediately hung up on again. Third time I called the same person answered and I asked for a supervisor. He said there wasn't one. When I said I would dispute the charges on my credit card and post a negative review he hung for the the third time.Review from Michelle G

This company is specializing in false advertising. While I have had some success in a sub subscription not supposed to have free shipping. They are now stating that it does not apply to the Product that I am buying. Even though when you go to the website, it clearly states free shipping. They are saying it does not apply so they are in the businessof false advertising. I have many screen captures to prove it and many screen captures of conversations with their customer service that states they will not apply free shipping to product, regardless of what their website saysReview from Jeff C

I have the same experience as others, deceived into adding something I did not want due to deceptive wording. Clicking "Confirm this purchase" adds another product to your delivery, and there is no confirmation screen after this. Your card is immediately dinged, in my case for an additional $58 that I cannot afford to spend. I ordered on a Sunday and immediately emailed a request for cancellation. I was told that it was too late. I said I hadn't even received a tracking number yet and there was no way that the package could have left their warehouse, and was then given one that doesn't appear in *********** yet. I was told to write "Return to Sender" on the box and drop it off at ****. Like I would trust these scammers to refund me. It is infuriating that they treat customers this way. I am reporting these charges as fraudulent to my bank. AVOID THIS *****************.Review from Nate B

I ordered an item from Five CBD. When I put in my information (Shipping address, payment info), I clicked proceed. Next screen came up, I did not see a confirmation, all I saw was confirm this order. I clicked on confirm order, not realizing that it was an add on to the original order. I emailed the company, and stated the issue. There response was there is nothing we can do, the product has already been shipped and they gave me a *** tracking number. Checked the tracking number. Not in *** system. Called *** and they said they do not have the package.I called FIVE CBD, they stated that there is nothing they can do, since the package as already been shipped. I told them *** does not have the package. They did not care. Waiting for a call back from a supervisor I been charged $84.79, and was charged shipping even thought the add I had from them stated shipping was free on any order.Thank youReview from Jay B

They rate a ZERO in the **************************** Their website has a glitch or two which I ran into while placing an online order. It doubled the order. I immediately sent an Email from the website and then another from my personal Email asking them to remove the DUPLICATES.I received an Email from someone the company should not have in ***************** "I ... can't cancel your order ..." I responded "I didn't ask you to CANCEL anything. I asked you to remove the duplicates." The response? "Well, nothing is canceled on this end. Just send back whatever you don't want." Yeah, right. I pay for the product, I pay for taxes and shipping and now "Just send back whatever you don't want ... "This was actually my second merry-go-round with this company. They shorted the count in an item and I contacted them immediately. Very poorly trained CSR's. This is the last straw with them. I'll shop for a more customer/client friendly (in the state where we live!) vendor. The instant my order arrived I closed the account and rescinded in ************** to my payment method.Review from Matthew l

I ordered the gummies because of a free coupon I got in my email. The site asked me 10 times to add stuff to my order. That was annoying but the gummiesncame and I paid nothing but 3 bucks in shipping and they are great.Review from Aishah M

This is a fake site. They take your money and send a fake tracking number. Youll never receive your package. Its been 6 days with no updated tracking information. Stay away from this company .
