    I purchased a hard copy book from The Dom Chek website on January 21, 2025. It is February 1, 2025, and I have not received my book. I sent an email to the company to inquire about the shipping of my book. I received an email response that a link was emailed to me, and that the book was to be downloaded.Prior to me ordering the book. I checked several sites. The sites that offered downloads, I skipped, as I wanted a hard copy book. I have Amazon Prime, which offers this book to me as a free download. Why would I pay for a downloaded book from this company if I can it free from ******?? I throughly read the site prior to placing my order. The site stated that they only sold hard copy books. In fact, their FAQ notes that they do not offer ebooks. Their email response informed me that they had already emailed me the book for download, and that I will not receive a refund. My loss wasn't very significant. I don't like being lied to, and I don't like thieves. Companies that use deceptive practices and steal money from consumers need to be put out of business.

    I thought I was purchasing a book for a gift and no where I. The description does it say ebook. I read all the details very carefully. After I paid I got the email saying g to download the ebook whichi did not do. Their advertising is very deceptive and now I see other people have had it happen to them!

    I purchased a book from them. The listing was for a book, not a digital book. I looked at the shipping and the return policy to see when my book would arrive. Then once they took my money they sent a download link which I have not used because I do not want a digital book. I have asked for a refund and their response "Please note that you order eBook (digital book)The Download link was sent instant after purchase with ''New Order'' email.Please note that this sale is final, no refund is available for digital download."I did not purchase a digital download according to the site, I double checked the shipoping policy. There would not be a need for a shipping policy for digital orders. It is intended to trick customers.I responded back telling them that I did not need a digital book or download anything and their response was "Thanks for ordering from our site Please note our site selling only digital content."This company is devious and does not represent a ligitimate business. I want my money back.

    The website and company claim to sell books and offer free shipping to anywhere in the **. Like many other customer reviews, I purchased a book and then only received a pdf download of the book. The website specifically states they dont sell eBooks. There is nothing on their site or order page saying its an ebook youre purchasing when placing an order. I emailed customer support and got a response saying they only sell eBooks, while their FAQ page specifically says they dont.

    my complaint is virtually identical to others made about this same business. i ordered a book from their website and received an ebook instead despite the posting making no mention whatsoever that the product was an ebook. not only that, the *** section on the seller's website clearly states they do not sell ebooks. they dismissed my complaint and i am attempting to retrieve a refund through paypall. after reading reviews of this business i can see that i am one of many fooled by this same tactic. please do whatever you can to penalie this business. thanks

    On 3/8/23 I purchased a book from thedomcheck. I had never used this company, but it was sponsored by ******* and the website stated they only dealt in real book, not ebooks. Inadvertently, I ordered the same book again on 3/13/23. Realizing my mistake I emailed thedomcheck immediately indicating my mistake and could the order either be canceled or a credit placed on my account. I received a reply stating there were no refunds on ebooks, and how they had already sent the original ebook to me. I emailed the company indicating my frustration over this being an ebook. I found a list of reviews indicating this was thedomcheck's usual practice and how they have been scamming people since Oct. 2022. I lost over $28 to this company. ****** shouldn't sponsor a scam business, and there should be a way to warn others.

    I purchased a book on Dec. 9th 2022 they took out the money and I never received the book. I Emailed them and did not receive a response, I called them they did not answer I left a message they did not call me back.I emailed them a second time and called them a second time still no response.I would like my money back.
