Ordered hardcopy...got nothing. Contacted them and was told now it digital. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY MOANY. SCAM. FRAUD ***** **** 

I just ordered a book for 8.20, Got a message from **** that they needed my address cause the address was damaged. I gave it. I tried calling them to get a tracking no. but no one answers the phone. I checked with them on lline, Found out they charged this book to PayPal and I don't used Paypal anymore. this place is a scam! I went with them cause it was the cheapest price, wish I would have checked them out!!

Beware, the entire web site is built to look like they are selling books. The shipping policy and returns policy are both listed on the page where I placed my order. There is not any language whatsoever that states they are selling digital books. I have requested a refund and they said no. This company is intentionally deceiving consumers into thinking that they sell books. I am livid.

WARNING: this site is a scam - unless you are intent on ordering a digital download of a book. Similar to others, I fell victim to the false advertising and received a digital download of what I had thought was a physical copy (hard cover or paperback) of a book. I read over the book description, as well as the 'about us' sections of the site and found no notice that what I was ordering was a digital copy. I responded to the order confirmation email I received informing them that I had wanted a hard copy and requested a hard copy or a refund. The response email came back in the same day in broken English stating there are no refunds for digital downloads. There should be a requirement to list exactly what you are ordering (digital/physical copy) on the site, and it should be in easy view for any customers. Though, I suppose that would be very bad for their business, as customers would then know what they were purchasing before hand, and I am guessing the majority of folks purchasing from this website want a physical copy and not a digital download. Imagine, you go to a restaurant, point at a photo on the menu of what you want to order, sit down, and they bring you a picture of the food you ordered. Technically, it's what you ordered, but it's not what you wanted. No refunds. Yeah, it's kind of like that.

This place is a total scam you think you are ordering a hard covered book and they never tell you anything about the shipping date it turns out it is a scam it's some kind of a eBook I never did see the ebook link nor did I order an ebook I ordered a physical book these people are scammers

Company is a fraud. purchased a book that was never sent.will go dispute it with pay pal

I ordered what I believed to be a print copy book. When I didnt receive it after a week I contacted them. They told me it was a download. I went back to look and see if I missed seeing something, but I didnt. This company is a scam. I wish Id looked for reviews before I ordered.

This company is committing fraud, plain and simple. In an email exchange I was told they only sell eBooks, while their FAQ page says specifically that they dont sell eBooks. Like many others, I placed an order for a book, with nothing on the site mentioning anything about it being an ebook or digital download. Their site specifically says they dont sell eBooks, I have screenshots of this. This is a fraudulent company.

I was in a hurry to by a present for my father, and saw this site was offering the book I wanted to send him at a reasonable price and with free shipping. Only after I got the receipt with the download link did I realized I had been scammed. Return policy pretends you will have something to send back, but it is all lies. This site should be shut down.

Scam site. Ordered, never received anything. PayPal acct charged.Seems PayPay should revoke their privileges.
