I placed an order for 4 items totaling $200. Weeks passed and I hadnt received a shipping notification despite their 4-6 day processing time, I followed up in their chat and suddenly 2/4 items were out of stock and no one had planned to reach out and tell me. They refunded those items and told me my order would be a priority to send out. 10 days later I went back to chat to ask why my order had not been sent. I had sent multiple emails days before this and not received a response. The rest of my order was out of stock. On top of this, theyre blaming the LA fires and the fact their team is half staffed. I understand the fires are horrific and people are displaced, but this order should have shipped weeks before the fires started and feels like a horrible excuse to use for poorly running a business. Not only that, but if you do a bit of research they were kicked off **** many years ago for drop shipping cheap clothing from *******. They certainly make enough money from their 5-10x markup on cheap clothes to have a large enough team to get an order out within their projected processing time.Three Bird Nest, LLC Response

I've bought several things. Some were cute but for the most part it is very poor quality at a hefty price. You are close to Free People Prices for Amazon quality. And quite frankly, you can actually get some better stuff on ****** for a lower price. I paid almost $100 for jeans that basically came apart after wearing twice (I wore a belt with them but apparently the belt looks weren't made to handle a BELT). I also recently bought a belt that should probably be more appropriately labeled a sash, since it doesn't hold anything unless you tie it. They have cute stuff, but they are charging high end prices for low quatlity. Unless you want things to function poorly or fall apart quickly, save your money.Three Bird Nest, LLC Response

I was sent a top that was COMPLETELY different than what I ordered. It was $60. After a lot of hassle, I was credited for the top. I had to send pictures of the fabric content and the top. The top they sent me wasn't the same colors or the same fabric content! It was supposed to be 100% cotton pastel corals. It was 100% rayon in the ugliest combination of blues and greens and reds. They would not credit me for shipping because I ordered a tank top too. I only ordered it because I was placing an order. I'd be happy to return it but I have to pay for the return! This company is truly not aware of what you're ordering and their customer service is not good. The clothes probably comes from ***** and are not checked for quality whatsoever. How else does something like this happen. The top I ordered was ******** The top I got was blue/green/red. I've included pictures of the difference in other reviews. Unbelievable. In going over your communication with ** and your order, I see that we accidentally sent you the top in Natural which instead of the top in ****** It appears as the packaging and fabric content from the vendor was mislabeled which can happen due to human error in receiving at the warehouse when we package them after inspection. We put the fabric information the brand provided us and have since updated the site to reflect Rayon when you alerted us. Thank you so much for letting us know. I see this was explained by both agents that you spoke to that day and apologized for letting you know we would be sure to fix it along with investigating it. We take this kind of error very seriously being a customer service driven boutique and again greatly apologize that this happened on your first order with us. We absolutely never change an order unless requested by the customer and individually reach out about any out of stock items before the orders ship to let you choose a replacement, a refund, or to wait for it to restock before your order ships. It's a strict policy of ours that we stand by as we only want to send you items that you love. I see that your order shipped on 2/5 and the top that you ordered in ***** sold out on 2/9 so it was not a matter of just filling the order with what we have in stock. We apologize for any misunderstandings with the human error that occurred as it was not intentional. It is however, very unfortunate and we have acknowledged this while attempting to make it right.
We do ask for photos since we save you the hassle of needing to send the top back to us after we have already caused one inconvenience. Along with this, being able to see the issue immediately as we did in the live chat helps us resolve it faster for you instead of it waiting for it to get back to the warehouse in ***** which can take days or even weeks due to recent weather events. Once we had the photos, I do see the agent offered you a replacement or a refund for the amount paid on the item after apologizing for our error. As you elected for a refund, that top was refunded in full quickly within the 20 mins from when you originally chatted in to us once we received the photos. Along with this, it was suggested to attempt to re-sell to a friend or online to perhaps make back some additional money on it since we were not asking for it to be sent back. We understand that is an additional potential hassle, however we do want to help however we can within our posted and agreed to policies.
After this situation was resolved, you did bring up wanting to return the tank top as you no longer wanted it. We did provide our return instructions and per our posted policies, we do not offer free returns due to disliking the item or fit. We hope as we grow it is something we can offer in the future, however we do not offer it at this time.
We have one-of-a-kind designed items from our label that we manufacture in ******* & ******. We also source from several brands on fun items we can't pass on that manufacture around the world. Under "Fabric & Care" in the product description, it will note if that item is made in ******* or ******. If it was made outside of North America it will be marked "Import". I do see this was marked Import under the Fabric & Care however we do promise all items and brands undergo the same quality procedures as our North American made items.

Negative 1 million stars! Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased 10 items. Once the items fit, I took the tags off and threw them away. I wore the Calum Chunky Cardigan two weeks after I received it. I washed it on gentle alone as the tag said and laid flat to dry. It completely fell apart. I emailed the company with pictures of the ruined sweater. Their response was that damaged items must be returned within 3 days of delivery and a refund was not an option as the tags had been removed to wash. Apparently, Three Birds Nest staff/owners wash all their clothes with the tags on. What an appalling experience and a ridiculous response and company. As far as professional customer service they get a zero. I have purchased from them wholesale and had issues with order and contacted various times. Never got even one message or an answer. I saw this company on a ******** ad and ordered a dress. I usually wear a Med but based on their size chart, I ordered a Large (assuming it ran small based on their chart). I received the dress and it was so big! I was also disappointed in the quality of fabric. I paid $10 to have it shipped to me, and then I had to pay another $8 to send it back to them. I dont think it should be the customers responsibility to pay for their inaccuracy. I wrote about my experience on their ******** and Instagram, but they deleted my comments. I also submitted a review on the product itself, but they never published it. Seems shady to filter and censor bad reviews for their benefit. They clearly have no integrity of transparency. This is the first and last purchase Ill make with them. The purpose of my reviews are to save someone else from the time, money, inconvenience. Im super happy with my first order an will definitely order again. The shipping to ****** was fast, I think I had my package in about 8 business days. Each item was already fairly priced but I was able to add a promo code which meant adding a few extra items to my cart :) the quality is good, I was pleasantly surprised given the price point. I will be careful with washing instructions as usual. I would suggest buying fairly quickly if you love something because I contemplated my cart for too long and the sizes I needed were no longer available in a couple of things that I was hoping to get.
