    I have contacted them 5 times over the past 2 weeks regarding my package and they refuse to respond and they have no business number on their website. My order was due to arrive on the 14th and since the 14th it has had the status of departing facility to give to **** but **** never received it and it wasnt updated as **** receiving it on their end either. The package is 2 states away it should NOT take weeks. **** cannot help because they never got the package. I need that package.

    The package i ordered reached A.C.I on 2024-05-24 then just lingers in the ********,** warehouse for weeks. From other reports A.C.I. commonly allows packages they are supposed to be delivering to **** sit for months and sometimes they are never delivered. A.C.I. needs to deliver the items they are contracted to deliver or stop taking orders.

    My package has been in my city for 2 weeks and hasn't moved since. The amount of time they are taking for a basic service is ridiculous. I researched them a bit and it is a common problem for packages to take weeks or even months to be delivered, if they ever get delivered at all.

    My package arrived to their company and never reached ***** It shows departed and nothing else afterwards. This is ridiculous and if this is a continuous problem with this system then they need to get it under control. Its not fair to customers who paid for express delivery to have a package not be delivered because this company keeps losing packages.

    Two Etsy packages were both given to ACI 08/09/2023 in *******, ** and theres zero update since then. I have never had an issue with packages being this untimely until ACI became involved. Sellers and **** are telling me to file police reports and after researching this company, I most certainly will. Seems they pick up packages from local post offices and then they just.disappear. Some people get them weeks or months later, and its messed up that it falls on the seller when their delivery date passes and an item hasnt been received. They shouldnt have to refund because **** offloads into a shady third-party. **** needs to drop ACI as they dont seem to be able to deliver in a timely fashion and Im starting to think never intend to deliver at all. Tracking is ********************************** and **********************************. Im two states away and it shouldnt be a week later with no update.

    Ordered a package from Stylevana that shipped through ACI logistics. Arrived on 6/22 to facility and then heard nothing. ACI Logistics is not reachable, and I never received my package.

    I have lost several packages with *** in ************ **. They always say that the package has departed ************ to ***** But none of them have actually be received by the post office. I believe that there is some sort of criminal conduct by the *** employees in *****************, ** to continuously loose packages.You cannot talk to a live person with ***.

    This is a shipping company for an item I purchased on Etsy. It has been in ******** ** for 3 days. ******** is a 1 hour drive from my house. I filed a request for information but received no response. The business I purchased the item simply says it is in transit, and to call the post office. Tracking number is **********************************.
