    I placed an order with **********. I received the tracking numbers and said that they are in the third party parcel company ACI. This was in August 31. It says it is waiting for **** to pick them up. It has said everyday since then. I've emailed and ******** messenger them as well as ******* and *********. Not one response from them on why or where my parcels are. This are the tracking number: ********************************** ********************************** I just want my parcels.

    I bought an item from a merchant ********* The item was being handled by partner delivery service, ACI ********* I received all tracking information from the merchant and saw that the last scan on the item/package was on July 25 at ACI's*********** location. The scan has not changed to date and has made no movement to my delivery address almost a month later. The item in transit is a luxury garment so I am suspicious that the item was stolen by ACI personnel there on site. I reached out to the merchant for a refund but, of course, I was ignored because they have held up their end of the bargain by shipping it. After numerous emails of run around by ACI customer service who provided nothing more about the location of the package other than what I already had, I finally reached out to ACI's President ************* who said he would have staff look for the package and come back with an update. After a few days he updated me saying they could not find it and that I should seek a refund from the merchant. I asked him how ACI would be accepting responsibility since this happened on their watch. I further explained how I suspect that the item was stolen by staff there on the ground. His communication stopped. I reached out to the merchant again and was ignored. How does a package just vanish into thin air? ACI********* has numerous complaints on missing packages via social media. They are notorious for this though Me. ******* just chalked it up to the company "not being perfect." Terrible excuse and even poorer customer service. I would like my property (package) or the $200 I paid for the item and I believe ACI is responsible for it.
