            This company was hired by my apartment building to handle a claim that my building charged me for damages I did not do to my unit. I was charged to repaint the entire apartment which is illegal considering I did no more damage than what is considered normal wear and tear and was charged $200 to clean 1 carpet in my closet even though the company they used told me the cost would be $40. In total the building stole over $300 from me. When I filed my claim with this company who is hired by the building to look into claims, they responded once saying they would look into my claim. They never reached out to any of the witnesses I listed and never responded to me after that. I even left a follow up email requesting the status of my claim and never got a response. Essentially this companies job seems to be to waist people's time so that they can't file a legal claim before the deadline runs out.
