Did not send my order, no one ever, ever, ever called me back. Did not receive a refund for all items they did not ship..........they have no contact period.

I ordered two items for a gift. I received one item but no additional updates from Goodwillfinds.com. So I sent an email to ask where the other item was going to ship. After several emails to prove I WASN'T scamming them. They finally say, "oh, we just found the rest of your order and shipping it now". No tracking number.I send ANOTHER email for the tracking information. I get it and say I want to return the items - PLUS, I did pay for the "*****************" service.I finally get a link to fill out for *****************************************************. I put in my information and get the message that I can't put in a return because the item never shipped.??!!This is a total scam website! I'm still waiting for a response from them.

Be very careful purchasing anything even semi fragile from this site. They sent me a lot of fragile items bundled together in a big box, more than half arrived broken, and customer service refused to help because they mentioned that some may be damaged in the description. Clearly items that were in tact in the photo were damaged because of poor packing but they dont care. They have zero accountability for their stores and purposely vaguely describe items so they can play dumb when called out.

I bought an item, the price was great, I received the items sooner than promised and the item was as pictured. packaging was top notch.. holy bubble wrap it was packages well.great experience.

Everybody, please request all locations participating at goodwillfinds that they return to shopgoodwill I restore musical instruments and have really done my best to give this company a chance, I have spent many thousands of dollars there this past year.It takes at least 3 weeks to get a reply for issues, it took 3 issues in a month to finally get a reply. They replied to one issue for a damaged item due to poor packaging and will not accept a return or offer a refund, they have yet to address a shipped item never received and a missing item from an order.goodwillfinds BBB rating is "F" for good reason. Out of all the online stores I purchase from and or sell through, I've never experienced such poor quality service.I will plead with all Goodwill locations after ordering through their auction site that they never leave shopgoodwill to go over to goodwillfinds.I had 68 invoiced purchases from goodwillfinds this past year and a month, probably well over 200 items. I can no longer participate with this terrible business, it reflects on all goodwill locations nationwide and especially on those that currently participate. All my business will now be redirected to shopgoodwill and ***** (which I have barely used since the start of goodwillfinds)Many functions now are very nice compared to last year, I've been there for their business transition with my support since the beginning, however, I must withdraw my support. I will check back in at the beginning of ******************************************** have cleaned up the operation.All goodwillfinds locations, please come back to the auction format at shopgoodwill.com!

Not disclosing proper ********************** I have ordered several times per decent photos on Goidwillfinds.com and have received totally unacceptable items-scratched Coach sunglasses $15 after photos or description does not portray. Coach boots with heel unattached unlike photo-$31. I emailed customer service and was told too bad. As other reviews here, I am disgusted and never donating nor purchasing any longer-all though they do not care. I suppose one can dispute with credit card, but total misrepresentation on Goodwillfinds.com-maybe a class action law suit for a law student to take on. This is garbage!

A few weeks ago I ordered some clothing items and two pieces of jewelry. I received everything aside from two sweaters. I have emailed and messaged multiple times but still haven't received any response from Goodwill Finds. Charities can't steal money from customers, I'm pretty sure that's illegal and frowned upon yet that's exactly what Goodwill Finds has done to me. Complete scam and fraudulent charity. I thought I was supporting a good cause by shopping here, didn't realized I was getting my money stolen. I'm very disappointed and won't be donating or shopping with Goodwill again. I'm going to report this "nonprofit charity" they are definitely not nonprofit if they scam customers

On Jan 19th I ordered 2,237.04 of gaming equipment, consoles things like that. There were 4 items missing from my order, totalling 335 dollars. I attempted to use the in website customer service portal, waited a week no reply, contacted my local headquarters waited a week no reply. On Feb 6th I finally got a hold of someone willing to get the ball rolling. Only to be told that the missing items had been cancelled, because "they could be found in their vast inventory" even though I had been charged for them. I attempted to find a number for the e-commerce office, only to learn that one does not exist. They committed fraud and had I not said anything. They wouldn't have done anything... Their actions are criminal. You you are on here and experienced similar problems, file a complaint with the F.T.C.

I purchased an item at GoodwillFinds.com and never received it. They never responded to emails asking about status of order. Buyer beware.
