I ordered a shoulder brace and recieved a shoulder /knee one. It was so small. A small person would barely fit it. And I have tried to contact them and have had no luck. Do not order from them. What the picture look like and what you get are two different thingsReview from Jean W

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT WORTH THE VALUE. ALL PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED ON THE SLOW BOAT FROM *****. i ordered a shoulder brace and they sent a knee brace. thy said you can use the knee brace as a shoulder brace and sent a video on how to do this. this is the email they sent back to me when I requested a full refund. I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. To make things easier for you, we can offer you a $10 refund if you choose to keep the item. You could consider gifting it to someone who might find it useful.If you still prefer to return the item, we can provide you with the return address. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a $25 restocking fee will be applied.I filed a dispute with my credit card company to get a full refund.Review from Mike S

Please READ UP EVERYTHING before ordering the Piece-of-shit shoulder brace! It took a month to get, their tracking system *****, **************** phone doesn't work, and they DON'T return emails! When I received, it looked like it was a returned product, NO F***ING instructions whatsoever, just the shoulder pad, a rolled-up extra strap, heat/vibrator, and charging cord. I tried 30 minutes to figure out how to put it on! Threw it back in the box to RETURN. They don't provide a return label or shipping AND want a $25 restocking fee! My credit card company is dealing with it! SO PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! AND DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM *****!Review from Evan B

I order July 23 a shoulder brace and as Aug 7 2024 still have not gotten anything , I sent 5 messages to a site they advertised and have promised they will solve the problem . This company also as a listed phone but no one answer the phone it says this phone is no longer taking any calls . Shame on this company . Do not do business with them is a scam . I think I lost my $63 that they deducted from my credit card . Be careful. ****************Review from Kevin B

I ordered a foot massager on their website at a cost of $140.00. No problem with that. While checking out on the site, I was prompted to re-enter my card info, so I did. The site added a massage mat to my order at a cost of $129.00. I emailed them immediately to have the mat removed from my order, they said it was already on its way, that was false. The item was shipped to me. Many emails have been sent back and forth. They want me to pay the $60.00 cost to return it, plus a $25.00 restocking fee. They offered to credit my card $25.00 to keep the product, I am not interested in that. I asked them to email to me a Fed Ex pickup document. They said they do not offer Fed Ex. pickup slips. This is incorrect, they ship sold products and this is normal for any business. I want my card credited the full $129.00 and to return the product at no cost to me, without any additional fees. Their website was deceptive and caused this whole issue.They need to email the Fed Ex return tag to me, so the product can be shipped back and restocked at their cost. I have copies of all the email correspondence. They are a deceptive and dishonest business.Review from Dan W

Ordered the shoulder massager over a month ago and have not received it. Keep getting excuses that they are working with the shipper. I feel that this is something that should have been done all along! Total scam !!!Review from Kathy V

This product was late getting to me and I was given no tracking.After many emails the product, Shoulder brace arrived.It was missing one of the straps which made it useless, and had no instruction manual.They have a phone number but they say the phone does not accept calls when you call.I have since protested my credit card.DO NOT ORDER THIS JUNK FROM FRAUD IF A 'COMPANY'Wish I could give them 0 stars
